The location was perfect lovely and quiet. The breakfast was okay.

Tout était parfait.
Our stay was perfect and we loved everything. The room was spotlessly clean with an incredibly comfortable mattress, the breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was beautiful. The staff was exceptional—very friendly and attentive. There was absolutely nothing we didn't like, and we highly recommend this hotel.

Sehr ansprechendes Hotel. Wohl weniger für Touristen, als für geschäftlich Reisende (Rennstrecke?). Lage etwas außerhalb vom Ortskern Spa. Zu Fuß ca. 30 Gehminuten entfernt. Von einigen alten Gebäuden abgesehen fanden wir Spa jetzt nicht so aufregend. Der in der Nähe des Hotels liegende Lac de Warfaaz war leider ohne Wasser ab . Der kleine Stausee wird saniert und ähnelt momentan einer riesigen Baustelle. Nun denn, vielleicht wird es dort irgendwann wieder schön.
Aber für all das kann das Hotel natürlich nichts.
Hauptstraße ohne Gehweg. Nach Spa selbst durch den Wald an den Thermen (Zweckbau mit großem Parkplatz oberhalb der Stadt gelegen) vorbei. Von dort geht ein Lift in die Stadt hinab. Lift war aber leider defekt. Der Fußweg von dort (Trampelpfad) war sehr ausgewaschen und schwer begehbar. Ungepflegt. Man scheint wohl die Anreise mit dem Auto zu bevorzugen.

Très belle chambre spacieuse, magnifique petit déjeuner.
Certains membres du personnel sont à côté de la plaque, ils ne connaissent pas assez bien l’établissement et se mêlent les pinceaux.
Rooms are spacious and very clean. Plenty of car parking spots are available. SPA & wellness facilities are not huge, yet adequate.
All the staff was very helpful and attentive. And the gentlemen at the bar makes excellent Aperol. Merci!

No tuvimos posibilidad de aparcar el coche en el parking, en las 2 noches que estuvimos!...siempre lleno!
La chica denla recepcion ma última noche poco agradable y nada dispuesta a ayudarnos cuando llegamos unos minutos despues de cerrar la cocina y tuvimos que pedir que nos llevasen comida desde fuera, que ni siquiera nos ayudó...nos dijo literalmente "por Internet encuentran algo"...esperaba un trato mejor de un hotel de esta categoría.
