Grosse déception
Pros:

La piscine et l’espace enfant.

Cons:

1. Je n’ai pas eu la suite réservée, avec 2ch et 2 sdb mais une suite avec une seule chambre. Étant avec un bébé qui a une routine du soir très tôt c’était compliqué. Nous avons dû dormir dans le canapé lit du salon, très inconfortable et bruyant.
2. J’ai réservé avec un lit King size, c’était des lits jumeaux sans sur matelas.
3. Nous avons eu une suite très peu décorée, ce qui n’a pas rendu ce séjour qualitatif.
4. La piscine est superbe mais accessible entre 16h et 20h pour les enfants, compliqué avec un bébé!
5. La salle de sport était inaccessible (c’était un critère de choix).
6. J’ai signalé les différentes choses durant mon séjour (j ai qd même payé pour 2 chambres, finalement( et on m’a proposé un bon de 25% pour mon prochain séjour. Un peu léger quand on a plus envie de revenir.
7. Le personnel n’était pas du tout accueillant et avenant, au petit déjeuner je devais aller chercher seule la chaise enfant…
8. Petit déjeuner très très basique.
Bref grosse déception!

I appreciated that they accommodated my request for additional pillows and towels. The facilities in the room were good and contributed to a comfortable stay.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It was noticeably dusty, which was unexpected, especially for a junior suite. The beddings and pillowcases on the sofa bed appeared to have already been used and were not changed prior to our arrival. There was an unpleasant smell, and we also noticed visible stains, which raised concerns about hygiene and housekeeping standards.
In addition, the breakfast options were quite limited. The salad corner, in particular, did not have fresh greens available, which reduced the variety and overall quality of the breakfast experience.

Overall, while the staff were accommodating and the room facilities were acceptable, there is significant room for improvement in cleanliness and breakfast selection to meet the expectations of guests staying in higher-category rooms such as a junior suite.

Comfortabel verblijf met veel voorzieningen en een fantastisch ontbijt.
Pros:

Ontbijt, zwembad en sauna. Het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en ontzettend lekker. Het zwembad en sauna waren schoon en heerlijke douches. Op de kamer was alles aanwezig om naar het zwembad te kunnen gaan: handdoeken, badjas en slippers. Het was overal aangenaam warm. Zeer goede bedden, schoon en fris.

De hal op de 1e verdieping was nogal eentonig, saai en bij de trappetjes kapotte vloerbedekking
