Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. All staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast buffet was very good but we didn’t realise until afterwards that they also have a menu.
We would recommend the Lounge and its lovely staff.
Location is very convenient for all the main attractions and metro to the airport.

Nice location; not a good value for money.
Pros:

Very nice location, right in the center of Sofia. Nice restaurants inside!

Cons:

The hotel room amenities did not meet my expectations; there was a reconstruction right in front of the main entrance. Nobody even tries to assist you or apologize.
