Worst smell in the bathroom
The concierge ask for booking a table in the Adore restaurant, for a special experience, but when we confirm, they asked us to wait for the confirmation.. And then declining the proposal.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

This is the first time we have stayed in this hotel and it completely exceeded our expectations. The location is superb. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a large selection and we enjoyed being able to order items from the menu- though you need to ask staff to see it. We hope to stay again in the future.

Das Suite 701 war sehr schön. Der Blick zum Berg war schön.
Die Restaurants waren gut. Das Essen war toll in Ador.

Das Frühstück hatte viele verschiedene Sachen. Personal beim Frühstück super nett.

Das Fitnessstudio ist klein, aber man hat alles, was man braucht. Sparen ist gut, aber da ist noch mehr möglich.

Cons:

Ich habe am ersten Tag an der Rezeption (Hotel) gesagt, dass ich am Tag danach eine Massage buchen möchte. Ich habe gefragt ob ich runtergehen oder anrufen soll? Nein, wir kümmern uns darum und melden uns sagte die dane an der Rezeption nach dem sie alle Informationen notiert hat. Ich habe den ganzen Tag gewartet. Niemand hat angerufen. Ich habe die Buchung selbst gemacht. Am vorletzten Tag habe ich wieder die Rezeption des Hotels und wollte wissen ob ich meine Massage von 15 Uhr auf 14:30 Uhr ändern kann. Der Herr sagt, er ruft in fünf Minuten zurück. Ich habe wieder keinen Rückruf bekommen. Ich ging um 15 Uhr, wie gebucht.
Am auschecken habe ich aber auch was ich geschrieben habe an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Ich finde es schade eigentlich.
