Perfect Location, Outstanding Service
Pros:

Amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate every request we had, including a very early check in (Thank you Sevda!) Our room was amazing and beds were so comfortable. During our stay, Sofia was experiencing a heat wave. The hotel's central location allowed us to do most of our sightseeing early in the morning before the temperatures became too high. We could then return for breakfast and spend the hottest part of the day indoors, relaxing, reading, and enjoying the comfort of our room. We would return in a heartbeat.

Goed met kleine verbeterpunten
Pros:

Mooie kamers en een ruime badkamer. De locatie is top midden in het centrum, verder een goed bed met heerlijke kussens.

Cons:

Vloerbedekking in de slaapkamer, deze was eveneens vies met vlekken.

Pros:

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. La habitación perfecta. Muy buenas vistas. Cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

La atención del personal. La recepción muy desagradable, en especial la señora de pelo corto. Inexplicable que un hotel de 5 estrellas a ese precio no ofrezcan cambio de sábanas y cuando a los tres días lo reclamas, te pongan mala cara. Inexplicable que a las 12 de la noche no haya servicio de habitaciones para tomar un sándwich en un 5 estrellas. Muy justo.
