Staff friendly, breakfast had a nice selection of options
Pool was down for maintenance. When it was running the jets barely moved the water, so outtake murky.
The staff
The pool stated it was heated in which it wasn’t . The room was heated meanwhile the pool was cold as ice .
Location was very good
Room was tight, no real space. Only a few lights and very few power outlets. Love Diane in food service, she really needs help. While we were there Saturday was horrible for her, way too many people at once. They also were waiting for a total remodel, way too expensive for the current condition

You guys are ridiculous I booked and payed with affirm and you guys also charged my bank card charging me 500 instead of the 250 for 2 nights. I put in a fraud complaint thru booking and my bank. Heather is rude and ignorant. The general manager. Do better Fairfield inn.

The check-in process was very quick and staff was very friendly
The pool was kind of dirty and the room also had parts that seemed dirty as well

Overall, this was a very good stay. Staff, friendly. Faculties were very clean. Pleasant stay the time we were there.
The one big gripe I have is. I asked three separate times to have the refrigerator cleaned or replaced. It stunk very bad. I didn't keep anything in it. Wanted to. But since it didn't get looked at, didn't. The staff at the front desk did their part on reporting the issue. Whoever was supposed to look at it, did not.
The hotel was nice and clean and I love that we had breakfast every morning hot breakfast. The person that prepared it was also very attentive and un so is the entire team and cleaning stuff.
Loved everything we’ll stay here again my friends and family like that. It was close by to.
It was convenient to my family’s home, and I liked that there was a lot of shopping within walking distance. Love that I got breakfast as part of my fee.
