Will never stay again the only good thing came out of the stay was the nice lady Shay thank you for your hospitality

No elevator for people like me that had knee replacement surgery that had to have my husband go up and down the stairs bringing both of our items to my room the carpet at the top of the stairs and down the hall was so filthy and dirty and musty omg it set off my vertigo the second floor smelled like a ash tray I was told because they were cleaning that’s not true smelled it alllll day and night even in my room the breakfast is bread and cereal no boil eggs no fruit everyone don’t eat bread and cereal also while sitting in the breakfast area we noticed the pregnant cleaning lady cleaning the room right across the hall from where we were sitting she softly tapped on the door housekeeping went into the room she propped the door we watched her clean the tv was on she didn’t even remove the SHEETS WOW SHE CLEANED IN THE RESTROOM VACUUM PLAYED AROUND THE BED BUT NEVER REMOVED THE SHEETS THATS VERY NASTY OMG NASTY

Pros:

Parking lot was rough and the breakfast was sorely lacking. Since Wyndham literally Stole 5000.00 from me in a vaca scam I have sworn off staying in their facilities. I had no choice but to stay here. If the Holiday inn had a room I would have paid double to stay there. Will not stay again if I can help it.

I couldn't figure out how to change the account temperature. It was set at 60 degrees and I couldn't make it higher.
The breakfast was not exciting. Bread and 2 cereals.

Do NOT stay here with your kids!
Pros:

The location was perfect. Easy access, right off the interstate, gas station next door.

Cons:

Old and ran down, needs renovation and an update, ac was either really cold or humid and stuffy, 2nd floor smell like weed the entire stay, not enough light in the parking lot which needs repaving, night staff was not friendly and welcoming. I asked the attendant at checkout if price could be adjusted but he said he could do nothing and I would have to file a report with booking.com. I have pics of the room. I will NEVER stay here again!!
