Horrible and not worth the price. Trashy
Pros:

Had shampoo and body wash. Everything was horrible

Cons:

All the sheets and pillow cases are dingy and stained, everything looks super old, quality in construction is horrible like the paint, shower, tile and pillows. Super loud in hallways from others and room smells like weed every night due to ppl smoking in other units close by. Super trashy place to stay from someone that travels for a living 300 days a year.

Pros:

Comfort,,Quietness, Felt just like home will definitely come back.

Cons:

Close to the Expressway, heard numerous loud Motorcycles and cars, once the heat kicked on and the TV was on,you didn't hear them anymore.

Some nice points, but an overall disappointing stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good every day. It was fresh and hot. Staff in the breakfast room was friendly. We found the desk staff to be very helpful as well. The room was quiet and the shower hot.

Cons:

We had to request clean sheets for the sofa bed as the old sheets were still on the bed. The king bed in the suite was terribly uncomfortable. The room was not as clean as I would like and we didn't have enough towels, toilet tissue or pillows for our stay. The pool was closed for our stay. There was a sign on the desk stating that this was posted on-line, but I never saw it. Also, on Sunday, we woke up to the elevator being closed down and the area near the ice machine on the 2nd floor being retiled. There had been no mention of that, so we were quiet surprised. The area remained closed off for the entire day and overnight. We had to leave the property to get ice on Monday morning. Again, there was a sign posted that this was being done. But, that does nothing to prepare anyone. My husband recently underwent a total knee replacement, so for him to have to use the steps (we were on the 2nd floor) for everything got a little difficult. We had to carry our bags down rather than use a cart and the elevator.

Cons:

The pool was closed and so was the gym. also the cart for luggage had a blown wheel making it hard to move. the bathroom on the main floor were out of order as well. none of this was disclosed when we called and talked to the location. When using this app the app said we would be charged the first night as cancelation fee and then a sign was put on the front desk that said we could cancel with no fee but we were already here and needed. place to say. Disappointed to say the least. we didn't even get comped

Stayed 5 minutes and left- the hotel staff was very good despite the facility condition
Pros:

Room smelled like smoke and there were spiders in the bathroom. Renovation was taking place. Very worn appearance
