Comments will not change anything. It was a room for $80 a night. It was comfortable, the a/c was cold and was relatively clean and very quiet. I would stay here again.

Lightbulbs missing form lamps, pillows felt like a bag of cotton balls, one towel and front desk said there were no more clean towels to give out (motel was pretty empty) mattress felt like we were sleeping on a pizza box, the shower never got warm and the water just barely drizzled, the room was filthy like it hadn’t had a decent cleaning in years, the area where they offer free breakfast was so dirty - tables were covered in trash and sticky syrup and only 45 min into the breakfast hours there was no food left.

Staff was really friendly and provided good service.

Had reservations and still took 45 minutes to check in,then room was not ready!!

It was very quiet. The room needs a severe overhaul. Paint chipping, funky smell, mold on the ceiling in the shower area, broken outlets, rolling chair needs to be replaced. Water pressure and temp were excellent on the shower but that leads to the moisture bill up which is causing the mold. Walls in need of a new paint job. Needs a major overhaul

Unfortunately, this property does not look anything like the pictures. Not maintained at all. Doors did not close properly allowing for bugs to be in room, we were given a smoking room which was not what I requested, the bedding was old and had holes in it, the rooms were not clean, rug in the room was torn, the pool was not open or in a safe space. We were given two small pillows and two towels for the stay. The weirdest thing was when we checked in the door to our room was wide open to the outside which felt like someone was in the room. The only two good points were the woman that worked at the front desk was very kind and nice and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunate for the brand it was a real turn off for future bookings.

Dirty, unkept, not a hotel as advertised. Bugs we were constantly killing. Stains on the furniture, tile falling off the floor. Toilet not mounted to the floor. Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom

The location was good for our stay but the room was very dirty and not well maintained. Walls, floors and appliances were not at all clean. The bed was comfortable and seemed cleaned we did not look too close due to the obviously visual issues but slept well.

Toilet wobbled when you sat down on it, felt like you were going to fall off of it. There was hair left in the tub. There was pee or something dirty on the bottom part of the toilet.

Smears of brown dirt on walls. Toilet paper dispenser hanging out of the wall. Stairs up to second level rusty and crumbling. No room available downstairs unless I paid an additional fee-$50.

The clerk when we checked in did not seem very professional. She warned us more than once if we broke or stole anything we would be charged for it. We are a married couple (50 years) gray haired, no animals with us and in the area for a college graduation. We don’t drink more that three or four glasses of wine a YEAR. Really no threat of a raucous party.
We found a bug on the towels in the bathroom and had to ask for a roll of toilet paper because no extra was left in room and there was only a partial or small roll left.

So not recommend!!! Stay down the road at the Best Western. Stains on everything from the comforter to the chair in the room. So dirty!!! Horrible pillows and uncomfortable bed. No toilet paper when we arrived had to go get some. Refused to give us more than 1 towel so we went to Walmart and bought two towels and 1 washcloth. Check in lady was very nice and said her boss told her not to give our towels. Breakfast gross.

Breakfast was stale. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower was painful on sensitive body parts. After we went to breakfast and came back to our room, the key didn't work. Attendant told us this happens every day...the keys stop working at 9:00. Ugh.

The bed was great! Pillows as well. Very attentive staff. Clean, safe. A nice stay

Dirty walls, linens, doors. Toilets clogged and manager did not have a plunger available. Very substandard property. We checked out and found another hotel. Working with Expedia to hopefully get a refund.

Very economical which was important factor for reservation. Very friendly manager and night staff. Room was clean. Low stars mainly due to bathroom door didnt close! Water pressure was insanely high so shower was shorter than desired.

When I first tried the key card it didn’t work, the lady behind the desk told me to pull the door toward me, and it should work. Well it did. However, We entered the room every thing looked okay, until we turned on the TV. Then I picked up the phone to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. After three trips to the front desk, and the lady telling me how to fix the tv on my own, she finally came to the room and did get it fixed. When she checked the phone someone had cut the phone line cord. The coffee maker in the room did not work. There was a hole in the sheet on my bed, the door frame was busted, which didn’t feel safe, I asked to change rooms and was denied. when I paid $100 for the room I expected a better quality of service from the Quality Inn wont stay there again
