Everything. Do not recommend.

BLANKETS WAS NOT CLEANED, LINENS DINGY, PLUGS NEXT TOO SINK DID NOT WORK, HAIR BĹOWER ( WIRES CUT), WALLS COMPLETELY FILTHY( ALOT OF SMOKING IN A NON SMOKING RM.#115). THE TOILET PAPER HOLDER COMING OUT OF WALL, DOOR TO HANG TOWELS OR ROBE COMING OUT. THE FURNITURE AND TOILET NEEDED CLEANING. MY WIFE CLEANED IT. DID NOT WANT TO MOVE, ALREADY SETTLED IN.

The room itself is pretty run down and disgusting, the bathtub couldn't be used as a bathtub and only as a shower instead, and we were granted a late check out which was awesome but while we were still in the room the maintenance man abruptly knocked and proceeded to immediately open the door without waiting for a response which was very unprofessional and awkward from my wife myself and our baby.

Could have been better maintained.

There was hair in the bath tub the toilet didn't work. The bathroom sink was not clean! The floors where sticky and nasty, and not swept. The door locks were broken! And the blankets on the bed had cigarettes brunes in them! I only stayed there because the hotel i always stay in was booked up! Never again will I stay there.

Cigarettes everywhere , smell of drugs , noisy neighbors, the environment itself is not recommended especially with littles.

Facility is out of date.Other patrons in and out of room all night .Smoking and talking loud outside.
Breakfast was bad .lices of bread in baggies No milk or juice that I could find.

It was not cleaned properly, and I did not feel comfortable.

The trash cans were not emptied outside near the BBQ area, they didn't pick up trash outside our door, inside door latch was broken and fell off one night, issues with the ac/heater.. it would get stuck on one mode easily, was told to text if there were issues but they did not always respond to the texts so had to call after, loud music playing outside from early in the morning where it kept waking up up from 5-6 am- 10-11 am when we called the office. They just said well I guess I can go out and try to find who is playing the music. They seemed like they were not happy we complained when we called I think 2 times about problems. And 1 time about confusion about wifi but that lady was very nice. The room was non-smoking but it smelled like one big ashtray and we would smell smoke often like it was coming in through a vent maybe. We didn't make a huge fuss though because it was the only handicap room available we were told and I am in a wheelchair as I cannot stand or walk. So we felt stuck with the very smoky smell. I don't think we will book here again even though it's close to where we were visiting. Just not sure it was worth 500 because they didn't offer any discount or anything for the issues reported. Even after I told them on the after survey to them that we had all the issues and nothing was addressed when it came to the smoking and door latch. Oh and the lower handicap peep hole had toilet paper stuffed in it and was completely painted over. We had to remove the tp a bit of paint over it ourselves so I could see out of it. It's like someone didn't understand why there were two so they tried to paint over it. Also they did have a bench in the tub but it was wayyyy in the back far away from the water source where I would have to have someone help me to get to it and change water temp. That's not accessible.

It is run down looking inside and out.

People on both sides of my room were very loud and inconsiderate.
