It is a bit dark on one side of the parking lot.
Location was great
I thought that the breakfast was a bit weak, the chicken sausage wasn't very good at all.
Nicely nestled in the trees near the river. Alton Baker park across the street is a great place to run, walk dog,and bicycle.
I was a guest and extened a few more days. The front desk would not issues a new Room key without a. Ew $20 deposit. MADE NO SENSE Tbey said it was for safety

Sorry Marriott, this one needs your attention. As Bonvoy members we stay in Residence Inns all the time and almost always have a good experience. Won't stay at the Eugene property again because: 1) They charged $75 pet fee.....more than we've ever paid anywhere, 2) They charge $10 for parking while they have a huge parking area that wasn't even full, 3) The breakfast was sad & tired to say the LEAST. At 9am there was 1 little yogurt left, stale breads, bad scrambled eggs, etc. We walked out and found a coffee shop (Farmers Union - excellent!), 4) The fridge in our room had not been cleaned out. There was still old food in it from the previous guest. This hotel badly needs a refresh/update. The one positive: the staff was friendly.
Room for the whole family. Great location and staff were friendly.
Room was quiet and clean. Nice to have the gas fireplace for extra warmth. Bed was acceptable, not hard but not soft. Biggest complaint was we never could seem to get hot water in the shower or sink. At best, it was lukewarm which made for a chilly shower in January. Staff was very pleasant and helpful when we interacted with them.
Just a place to stay after the Ducks game
I have stayed are several Residence Inns before and would rate this one at the top. I will stay here again when I come to Eugene.
It was clean
There was pubic hair in both bathrooms paid more than 500 dollars for joining suite to take friends and treat them to a special time . Was very embarrassed and i still hear about it from my wife who was devastated.

Stayed overnight fot a concert nearby at Cuthbert Amphitheater. Was easily able to walk, so location was perfect for our needs.
