Breakfast was not included, which I was not aware of. I had a late check-in and my booking.com reservation could not be found even though I had a reservation number in an email confirming the reservation. I was tired, so I had to go ahead and pay for another room, which meant that I had now paid for two rooms. As I was trying to check in and confirm my reservation, the front desk clerk asked me to step aside so she could help the person behind me, which I did not do nor did I appreciate. I travel a lot, and I have used bookings.com in the past, but I guarantee you that I will never use it again.Although I have stayed at Marriott many times in the past including the wonderful hotel that you manage in Palm Springs, I will not stay at Marriott in the future.
We stayed at this hotel for the weekend of kids State wrestling, March 2026. During the tournament, our room door was tampered with, my purse was stolen, and the hotel has completely failed to resolve this. The manager did not come speak to us, only after repeated visits to the front desk and a request to talk to her did they place a call. She said no one had gone near our room- apparently she reviewed 12 hours of footage in less than 2 hours. She also said they would be happy to allow us to review the footage also, so I left a written request for that with my contact info. It has now been a full six days and we have received no response. I called Marriott's international "help line" first thing Monday morning, the lady filed a claim, apologized for our loss, and said she would pass it on to her supervisors. Once again, five business days later and NO response from corporate. I don't know what they consider to be a higher-level guest problem than this, but based on this experience we will no longer consider staying at a Marriott, ever.
Nice and quiet location. Room was clean.
No breakfast included in price.

There was no breakfast the internet lied there was no continental breakfast there was no swimming pool there was no ice in the entire motel it was the worst I've ever seen in my life I would never come back or recommend it to anybody total garbage experience your employees looks like you hired them from the salvation army
Hire a manager that knows how to dress your employees how to find decent employees how to find somebody to manage a motel to have things available no ice no coffee biggest piece of s*** I've ever seen in my life and I travel for a living
I reserved a room with two queen beds. When I got to the hotel they said only rooms with one king bed was available.
The first room was dirty including the sheets which needed to be changed. I switch rooms.
The staff was nice, nothing over the top. Nice water pressure, and the TV had preloaded apps to log into.
The facilities were dated, and my toilet was broken. It would move when you sit on it and almost cause me to fall off.
