Beautiful and great location very friendly staff
Pros:

It’s absolutely beautiful and love that it has an excellent restaurant attached. Food was above and beyond. Love the history of the building and the employees were very helpful
. They brought us ice every evening. 😊

Cons:

The beds were like rocks. Had to ask for toppers that helped somewhat. They put the hardest sleeper sofa I have ever sat on in the room for a couch . I have owned several couches that have fold out beds that are very comfortable. They need a different buyer for there bed and sofa purchasing. Also, the housekeeping did the beds and bathroom fine but never vacuumed and left the dirty dishes . We were there 6 days. I expected better for the high price I paid.

Overpriced
Pros:

Good location, nice facade and fancy foyer

Cons:

We stayed in room 305, it was dark and grey with dirty old carpet, hard bed, lumpy pillows and we could hear every noise outside the door. The corridor outside led to the back of the kitchen, every time staff came and went the creaky door woke us up. Hardly the kind of stay we expected for 600 pound per night

Excellent location, but a little outdated
Pros:

The location is excellent.

Cons:

The room entrance needed better cleaning and maintenance. Smells bad and have a big stain, inside the windows didn’t close properly.

Pros:

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Loved the scotsman stairs and elevator to floor 0. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Especially loved the shower.
