Above our expectations
Pros:

The staff were fabulous. From reception to the house/porter staff. The architecture, furnishings and decor was just stunning. This all added to the atmosphere within the hotel. Our room was spacious and the shower was amazing. The restaurant was also stunning and the talent within the kitchen just completed our stay. The food was cooked and presented to the highest of standards. I will be back.

Cons:

The outlook wasn't very pleasant as it was a view only of that of other windows and walls as it looked out onto an unused courtyard. The beds although comfy were rather high. Not wanting to sound perdantic this made sitting down to put socks and shoes on a bit of a challenge.

Very good. Would stay there again.
Pros:

Great location in old town. Walkable to everything including train station. Room was good size and bathroom looked newly renovated. Beautiful historical building.

Cons:

Hallway carpet needs a good cleaning to help with first impression of the property.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

The location is amazing and we had fab views from the 6th floor of our room.

Cons:

The corridors are small and claustrophobic though appreciate we weren’t sleeping in those! Long wait for the lift if you timed it wrong

Lovely hotel, perfect location!
Pros:

The location was fabulous right across the street from the train station in the very center of town. Can't be beat! The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The restaurant at the hotel is lovely, but the food was just ok. I highly recommend getting drinks at the restaurant then eating elsewhere.

Our rooms and the location of the hotel were great.
Pros:

Our penthouse suite was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

On a couple of occasions, the staff did not respond to our inquiries. Also only one small elevator was working, and the queues were often long.

Such a great Hotel❤️
Pros:

So comfortable, such a fun place to stay & brilliant location, straight off the train & short walk across the bridge to the front door. Wonderful restaurant on site.

Cons:

Bit of a rabbit warren, all the halls, all the doors….easy to get lost BUT really it was part of the fun of staying there!!

Pros:

Posizione .
Colazione .
La camera ampia con tutto il necessario ed oltre ( ferro ed asse da stiro)

Cons:

Era un pò datata . Però esternamente faceva la sua bella figura .
Il divano non era proprio confortevole.
Le finestre si aprivano solo di 10 cm.
Infatti in camera si avvertiva una presenza di polvere . Forse perché la era poco areata?
Anche le coperte avevano questo tipo di problema.
Considerato il costo della stanza mi aspettavo di meglio
