Location great - hotel bad.
Pros:

The receptionist Bianca was very lovely and helpful.

Cons:

It was not clean at all, the rooms were very small. There was an uncomfortable smell in the hallway and in our room.

Pros:

Rhodalin was super welcoming and got us checked in quickly which after lots of travelling was much appreciated!
The property was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Location good but unit in need of a refresher.

The unit was ‘tired’ and not very clean. The carpet was very worn & pulled up in several places. Paint was coming off the back of doors, scuff marks.
It was missing coat, towel hooks, very few hangers.
The unit needs to be freshened up!!

Excellent.. food hood, Uber excellent, our first taxi to the Appartments was very off putting…Ove…
Pros:

Location was very good, close to eating houses n could walk into city. Apartment tho smallish was in fact very convenient n comfortable all facilities needed for our stay.

Cons:

It was somewhat confusing on our arrival w no one at reception, we called out, opened an office door looking for anyone to help. We were advised of the need to ph. a number by another persons as they exited. A staff member did arrive n booked us in.
I feel the notice of the need to ph. should hv been in Large Letters and notices we were not familiar with this means on arrival.

It was ok , would use them again if i had to.
Pros:

Location was good as my husband was going in for a medical procedure which was within walking distance.
Dining was also within walking distance.
Communication with the property was very good.

Cons:

The room was old but clean, however a shower over the bath with no handrails made it very difficult to get in and out. Potential for an accident is very high.
The floor (carpet and tiles) were very sticky and the room was musty as if it hadn't been used for some time.
Paying extra for parking !!! should have been an option at booking .
I was going to make use of the cooking facilities but the frying pan was rusty so we had to looking for breakfast an added cost i hadn't factored in.
