It was fine but not worth the cost plus add ins

This hotel is a great location for restaurants and for seeing the show at the Koger Center.
Pros:

Hampton Inn is consistently good. Breakfast is always good. This was no exception.

Cons:

I presented my Hilton Honors membership number. The staff would not give any Hilton Honors points because I used Booking to reserve the room.

Pros:

It was close to where we needed to be. So we just parked our vehicle and everything was in walking distance

Cons:

You have to pay for parking which I didnt see anything disclosed about that. We got were able to get free parking because our room wasnt ready until after 5pm because they were very short staff. And since it was just finished when we came back from getting a bite to eat, it smelled strongly of bleach.

Pros:

Breakfast was the only disappointment.
Cold egg omelette. They Had cheese which not everyone likes or can eat

Parking payment far too unwieldy; did not get room with 2 beds as booked; loud motorcycle racing outside our window from 11 pm to nearly 2 am; outrageous price for very average room

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. It had the same consistent Hampton Inn standards which is what I am looking for.

Ms Shaunie Is Awesome
Pros:

Staff was extremely warm and welcoming, especially Ms. Shaunie. They were extremely kind and were very accommodating for a youth conference we were putting on and were charitable to a group of hundreds of teens. They had waters out for the students to grab and genuinely were pulling all the stops for us.
