Stayed here in the past. Great location!

Cons:

There was a guy stretched out sleeping on one of the lobby couches from late night and still there at 7:30am. It was creepy and definitely not a good look.

The location was in a good area for walking around the downtown market.

Cons:

Our room smelled like wet dog. The room needed better lighting. $17 for parking was obnoxious.

Smells bad. Otherwise okay.
Pros:

The room was damp and dank. Pillows smelled bad. Hallway smelled like cafeteria cleaning bucket.

Staff were nice. Location convenient to convention center and downtown.

The location was sketchy, but once inside it was decent. Just didn't like the back alley behind an open parking lot deal.
