Do not charge me for these rooms!
Cons:

Apparently there was a major Hilton outage and when we arrived they couldn’t process our room. There were many other hotel guests waiting for their room as well. We had 6 kids plus ourselves to get ready for an awards ceremony and we had to use the lobby bathroom. When we called at 9:30 at night from the banquet to be sure that we had a room they informed us that they were full and didn’t have our reservation.

We didn’t get those two rooms that night and I will not be charged for those rooms.
We had to make other arrangements at another hotel.

Great stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious.
The gentleman in charge of kitchen was doing an excellent job.
Friendly front desk staff.
Friendly housekeeping staff.

Cons:

Very nice hotel. The only problem was the horrible noises and thumping that was coming from the guests above our room. We stayed on the second floor. They were directly above on the 3rd floor. Thought something was going to come through the ceiling!

Clean but Bed was hard
Pros:

The front desk was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. The bed frame made noise each time you rolled over while sleeping which woke us up. The bed was hard and the pillows were so soft you needed to bunch them up for neck support. The breakfast was not up to Hampton standards. The hot food was not hot, no butter out for the waffles and the coffee was good.
