Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Snacks on arrival and a grab bag breakfast since I had to leave prior to the regular breakfast. Quick check in. Comfortable room. Everything was great and it was relatively close to the airport

I love it & will be back
Pros:

Staff was very professional. I had the opportunity to meet General Manager Stefan & he was very attentive to an issue that had occurred with my extended stay. I also met Emilio & he took very good care of my wife & grandchildren. Very clean & safe friendly environment. Staff here are amazing & I will continue building my points as I will always recommend to family & friends who travels slot to stay at the Hampton. Thank you

Didn’t eat breakfast. Did not look appetizing like previous years
Nice pleasant staff . Clean rooms . Beds and pillows need upgrade.Breakfast needs a MAJOR overhaul. Been staying at this location for 5 years for Thanksgiving food quality is subpar .

Cons:

Sausage , eggs, potatoes were cheap quality and not much variety like a few years ago.. It looked overcooked and grey., realizing it’s quick breakfast it was low quality for the price of the room. It used to be way better. This has to do with the hotel NOT the staff who were exceptional.

Great stay — would definitely come back!
Pros:

I stayed at the Hampton Suites in Eugene, OR, and had a really great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked pretty updated, which made the stay even nicer.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I wish I could remember the clerk’s name because he made such a great first impression — very friendly and made check-in super easy.

Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m in Eugene!
