Friendly and welcoming staff
Pros:

Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Offered water upon check in, and check out. Great breakfast. Plentiful, lots of choices, and kept it well stocked. Cookies and coffee upon check in as well.

Cons:

Tiny standard size pillows on a king size bed. Needs larger pillows.

The staff was rude and there were ants in the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and so were the pillows.

We found our new favorite place to stay.
Pros:

Staff(front desk and housekeeping) was absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Room was immaculately clean. Provided toiletries were excellent. Full size fridge. Digital key.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Snacks on arrival and a grab bag breakfast since I had to leave prior to the regular breakfast. Quick check in. Comfortable room. Everything was great and it was relatively close to the airport
