The lights turn off too quickly automatically

Das Zimmer war ein Apartment mit viel Platz für zwei Gäste. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und sorgte dafür, dass sich jemand um die nicht funktionierende Heizung kümmerte, wenn auch leider vergeblich. Er versorgte uns aber auf Nachfrage gerne mit einem Heizlüfter.
Die Heizung funktionierte nicht und im Badezimmer floss das Wasser im Waschbecken nur schlecht ab.
The location was nice that it wasn't right in the middle of the city and a short drive to Salem.
The bed was not comfortable and had a dip in it.
Fantastic location (so convenient), the rooms were amazing and the beds were SO comfy, very safe location and reasonably priced! Breakfast was delicious :) The gentlemen at the front desk are all so nice, and very trustworthy (at checkout, I had forgot something VERY important and they kept the stuff safe at the front desk until I got turned around to get back there and get things)!
There wasn’t anything that wasn’t great about this place!
Nunca habia estado en un Sonesta, nos gusto la suite con cocina, no tan equipada pero funcional a la hora de traer algo de comida y poder calentar, tiene hornallas, microondas, heladera grande y freezer. Baño correcto. Parking gratuito. Las señoras de la limpieza (aunque no hacen el servicio a diario) muy atentas a reponer toallas, sacar basura o a lo que necesiten.
Las toallas de baño (de ducha) debieran ser algo mas grandes. Estuvo correcto el resto.
The suite was very comfortable and mostly quiet. We appreciated the included breakfast. Coffee was very good.
We weren’t told the cleaning regime and had to ask. I would have preferred to be told in advance. We would have appreciated some dish cleaning materials apart from the dishwasher to allow us to clean the few dishes we used each day. Also would have liked breakfast on weekends to start at 6:30 am, like weekdays.

A very clean property in a business park, so quiet. Nice roomy room with a nice bed.
We asked at the counter for an early check-in and got a bit of run-around. "Come back in an hour" "Just a few minutes now" and then that guy went home. The property is in a business park, so nothing nearby for dining.
