The facility was clean and comfortable.

We liked everything about the Sonesta ES Suites, friendly staff, delicious breakfast and comfortable room and beautiful surroundings. Although it was quite a distance from Boston City, we managed well with Uber and trains to make us feel we weren't that far from the buzz

Excellent hotel, friendly staff. Good breakfast included, would easily return. The rooms have good AC and all the amenities that you would require. Just to advise, if you don’t drive you will need to use Uber. The hotel is a good 45 minute run from Boston and 15 minutes from Andover itself. The hotel no longer supplies a shuttle drop off service.

I needed a pet friendly place and so this was great. They put me in a room very close to the exterior door and even upgraded because they didn’t have any more rooms that were pet friendly at my Price. However, the beds seem narrow to be a queen, they’re not comfortable. The AC system in the room is extremely loud and blows directly on one of the beds, making it very uncomfortable. The carpet did not appear to be clean. The grout or caulking in the bathtub appeared moldy perhaps and pieces were missing. Other worn edges on cabinetry. Needs to refresh. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Not sure I would pick it again because of the HVAC situation.

We have been traveling for most of our lives and have stayed at some lovely places with extraordinary amenities and professional staff, but never have we encountered the level of professionalism, kindness and warmth we experienced during our recent long term stay at Sonesta ES Andover. Katerina, Nancy and their staff attended to our every need and made us feel like family. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was lovely and quiet with every amenity we needed including a large TV which we enjoyed.. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel pool, BBQ area, fire pit and game area made it feel like our own backyard. Thanks to Joe for the wonderful conversations. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and the ladies who provided breakfast kept the food hot, replenished and the area very clean. Hotels that run as well and as smoothly as this Sonesta do not do so by accident. It is the leadership of the management that sets the tone and the example for this kind of professionalism and I commend Katerina and Nancy for creating an atmosphere that fosters this level of responsibility and this level of caring for guests. The people at the front desk never failed to greet us warmly, make sure we were happy and well and were a true joy to see every day. I absolutely and unhesitatingly recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning for another extended stay. My gratitude to each and every one of you.

Arrived at 02:00 to a lovely greeting from staff. Big room and the unexpected included breakfast was a bonus

The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The accommodations were adequate, clean and the noise level was good. We would have given this a better rating except for the fact that the side area of the hotel in a small patch of trees is used as a drug area. 4 or more people were using it on several occasions during our stay. The hallway also smelled like marijuana. Upon telling the clerk with the dreadlocks, in the morning of 5/16 while checking out, he didn't take an interest in the problem. He told me next time we stay there to let him know when it was happening. I told him it is happening now. He smiled and said nothing further and acted like it was no big deal. He never asked about where the smell was coming from and if we knew where they were staying. We did know. Surprise to him. I am from the area and we recently moved out of the state. We were up there on personal business and are well aware that Andover is an exclusive town. We chose your hotel knowing that and reading the reviews. We will not be back.

It was convenient to the highway. And where family was staying.
