המלון היה מאד יפה וארוחת הבוקר מצויינת. היו כל מיני דברים קטנים שפגעו בחוויה שלנו, כפי שכתבתי בסקר שמילאתי, אני רוצה לציין את ילנה שהייתה מדהימה, העניקה שירות מעל ומעבר, הייתה הכי מקסימה ואכפתית.

sur le globale agréable mais sa aurait pu etre mieux

La nourriture était bonne, le complexe est très beau et à hauteur de ce que j'attendais. Les chambres sont grandes et agréable, l'hotel est beau.
Dans mon séjour j'ai pas mal eu de soucie avec le service de l'hotel (réception, concierge), mais à la fin du séjour j'ai très bien était reçu par la responsable Yelena qui a su gérer les problème et montrer beaucoup de professionalisme, ce qui m'a permis de partir avec un sentiment positif de l'établissement.

Le service de l'hotel (personnel)pas à la hauteur, catastrophe.
