ניקיון והחלפת מגבות-לוקה בחסר. דלת מרפאת כבדה להזזה,ישנה. מיטה לא נוכה וכריות נוריות. ספא קטן ולא ברמה 5 כוכבים. כדי שתיתה אפשרות לרחצת רגליים מחול בכניסה לחצר מלון מהחוף. אין מוזיקה חיה בערב

Потрясающая гостиница. Очень чисто, обслуживание на высоте. Номер Очень удобный, еда разнообразная.Я каждый год приезжаю отдыхать в Эйлат, но это самое лучшее место, по моему мнению. Спасибо всем за чудесный отдых!

מלון מזעזע! יחס מחפיר. אחרי הצ׳ק אין שאושר ע״י המלון, כשאני כבר באילת עם 3 ילדים ואחרי נסיעה של 4.5 שעות ביקשו תוספת תשלום של 3,000!!! ש״ח עבור 2 ילדים למרות שההזמנה בבוקינג כללה ילדים (על ילדה אחת שילמתי כמו על מבוגר על פי ההגדרות של המלון עצמו) ושמיד עם ביצוע ההזמנה ומספר ימים לפני ההגעה וידאתי מול המלון עצמו שההזמנה תקינה. לטענתם הזנתי גילאי ילדים 0, במקום גיל רגיל. אך למרות שהראיתי להם צילומי מסך של ההזמנה ולמרות שהראיתי להם שגם אם רושמים גיל 0, או כל מספר אחר, המחיר של ההזמנה לא משתנה, הם המשיכו לטעון שהזמנתי רק זוג ושניסיתי ״לרמות אותם״ ולהיכנס לחדר עם ילדים (התקשרתי מראש לוודא שההזמנה תקינה!!! אני סיפקתי להם את גילאי הילדים!!!). גם לבטל את ההזמנה לא הסכימו ורק אחרי התערבות של מנכ״ל ישרוטל המלון ״הואיל בטובו״ לאפשר לי לבטל בלי תשלום פיצוי (כשאני כבר ממתינה 3 שעות ברחוב באילת עם 3 ילדים וכשאילת מפוצצת לסופ״ש). למעשה נשארתי בלי מלון כשאני כבר באילת ואחרי 4.5 שעות נסיעה ו 3 שעות המתנה לביטול ללא קנס. 3 שעות שבהם הם מגלגלים אותי לבוקינג שלא הבינו בכלל מה הבעיה ולשירות לקוחות שהפנה אותי לקבלה של המלון בחזרה . פשוט סיוט.
ד.א בהתחלה הם טענו שזה לא אותו מחיר. אח״כ שינו את הגירסה שלהם שבעצם אם מזינים ילדים בכל גיל, אני צודקת והמחיר באמת לא משתנה , אבל זה נכון רק מתאריך שהוא יום אחרי שביצעתי את ההזמנה (כמה נוח מבחינתם). ד.א גם לזה סיפקתי צילומי מסך שהיו לי כי שלחתי לחברים עם גילאים שונים של ילדים שיצטרפו אלי….
ד.א 2 - הפתרון שהם הציעו לי זה לעזור לי להזמין מלון אחר מהרשת במחיר האתר שלהם😀, כשכל אתר נורמלי מציג מחירים נמוכים יותר, זו הדקה ה 99.999 והמחירים בשמיים, וכאילו אין לי יכולת או ברירה אחרת חוץ מלהתחיל לחפש בגוגל מקום ללילה כדי שלא אצטרך לעשות את כל הדרך חזרה הביתה.
