When we arrived the Sofa bed wasn't made . How ever the two ladies at the front desk quickly solved the problem and they were Great!

The hotel was excellent, but when we checked in, the hotel showed one of my rooms had been cancelled, which I never did. Luckily they had availability and were able to match my hotel.com price

Staying in that hotel was dream. The staff was so nice and friendly. I will be back to stay again cause it was the best hotel I've stayed in while going to California.

I like it

The service was good, i did have to request someone to clean my room and i did request toilet paper. I believe they said due to being short staff they would not clean on the assign day but i was overlooked the next day. That when my daughter went downstairs to complain. Other than that, the people was nice and professional .

My wife and I appreciated the very friendly and efficient staff. They consistently checked on our satisfaction and comfort. The breakfast is a great way to start the day!

The property itself was decent, and we really enjoyed the continental breakfast. The guest service was also excellent. However, the room was very disappointing—it had a strong odor of dog urine and was not very clean, more in line with a two-star rating. We requested to have our room switched, but unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. While it didn’t have the strong dog odor, it was still very dirty. The closet was rusted and falling apart, the kitchen cabinets were damaged, and the appliances and utensils were practically unusable. Even the pull-out bed was sunken in and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was just a mess. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing my kids here again. When traveling, I prefer to stay somewhere clean and well-maintained, and this hotel fell short of those expectations.

I slept like a baby, the bed was so comfy. Everything was super clean and fresh. The only thing I would change is the fee for daily parking.

Need to maintain the pool cleaner

So far Hotels.com give you okay rooms to stay, but i think its should be address to make sure the rooms are in perfect condition for people's day by hotels.com

The people are very nice. The air conditioning is very noisy. Breakfast was not great. They charge for parking without telling us anywhere that they would in an unsecured and unmarked unsecured lot. Would probably not return

This was a great stay since the start I had an issue with my reservation that was quickly addressed and fixed by the staff at the hotel since the Expedia staff could not help me. They were super responsive patient and polite. Check in process was very easy and convenient. Once we were there everything went well Jessica the manager was very attentive and would periodically check in with everyone in the lobby or patio area to see if anything was needed. Terry went above and beyond for our entire team and others that were checked in. It was a busy weekend for this staff but they really made it an enjoyable stay. So thank you!!!!

The front desk staff was very nice. We spend two weekends in Palmdale for softball state tournaments. One weekend we stayed at the Marriott courtyard and the second weekend at the Residence inn. Both welcome our girls with encouraging sings on the windows, goody bags, shaved ice, pop corn and many more surprises. Thank you so much for making these two busy weekends so much more special.
