A smooth, comfortable stay with excellent service and no issues at all.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and all common areas were very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with any questions or requests. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, tasty, and with a good variety to start the day off right. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pros:

We went to Washington for the marine corps marathon and decide to stay here we were 3 couples, everything was going great when at the second day my sister found dirty underwear in her bed between the sheets and the comforter imagine how gross that was. Went to complaint at the front desk and we got no empathy from the manager no apologies no nothing all she kept on bringing up was they had great reviews and gave us an attitude! The maid that change the sheets told us that some of the maids are lazy and don’t change the sheets sometimes and she had said this multiple times but they pay her mind. Hopefully after this they do.
