We reserved a room with a king sized bed plus a sofa bed that says it sleeps 4. When we got here the sofa bed had no bedding at all on it and no extra bedding in our room for it. I went to the front desk and the lady said they didn’t have any pillows and gave me a fitted sheet only and i asked for blankets but she only gave me mattress covers. I came back and told her they were not blankets and she said they didn’t have any blankets. She was completely unhelpful and never even apologized for not having adequate supplies. We paid $400 for 1 night for this room and my daughter is sleeping with only a fitted sheet. Unacceptable service!
When I walked in the gentleman had a smile. I told him that the place smelled so fresh. He continued to smile. He took my name and got me set up for the night. I would definitely recommend the facility. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was clean and fresh.
I was pleased with everything. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the hotel. The location is in a great spot. We came for Volleyball competition.

Getting the TV to work was a challenge. Could have been a little cleaner but not enough to make me uncomfortable.
Reservatio made this summer to stay during TMN annual meeting. When I called the day of the reservation the hotel had lost the reservation. When I asked if they were full they said yes. The person offered no help in recommending another place or trying to see if there were any cancelations. Nothing. Long story short I left early drove home and then up at 4 am to drive back the next day. Perhaps in a college town they don’t really need to care about their customers or the problems they may cause. I am sure there are good folks working here and I just experienced two bad one in a row
Got put in a wheel chair accessible room and the shower did not have hot water.
