A+++++ accommodations
Pros:

Absolutely perfect! My family and I traveled up for a concert at the amphitheater and this place was phenomenal. Such a spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean room. Great beds, great amenities, missed the continental breakfast in the morning but it smelled amazing

Cons:

The only complaint, which honestly was probably just user error, but I couldn't quite figure out the perfect setting on the central air in the room 🤣

Was horrible, I left after 5 minutes I entered to the room, a very bad smell, dirty everywhere was sticky, I booked 2 nights I received a room with kitchen in I didn’t ask or need that and they said will change me only for one and I will receive the payment back for second night it’s been 3 weeks and I didn’t receive nothing

Pros:

Everything was neat and clean, extra blanket was excellent from staff.

Cons:

Bed was squeaking a bit, tv faced the wrong way from bed.

We had such a fun stay at Sonesta! Lovely location, clean rooms, great breakfast. Had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our time there and definitely will be coming back!

Large room, lots of space.

Cons:

Nothing, the only thing that could have been better was the breakfast was more limited than other similar hotels. But it was free, so I can't complain.

The room was clean and comfortable and big enough for 2 people and a little dog

Cons:

I wrote twice asking about the price for staying with my dog, and no one replied.
I had to call, and I was told that the room was intended for guests with pets.
Only when I arrived was I informed about an additional non-refundable fee. Nobody mentioned this in advance, even though, again, I asked several times.

Throughout the stay, the front desk staff seemed to be in a bad mood and were sometimes even rude.

The hotel itself is wonderful though — good breakfasts and clean rooms.
But the staff definitely did not leave a pleasant impression.
