Comfortable place to stay. Kitchen is very well equipped. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

The room was clean and comfortable and big enough for 2 people and a little dog
I wrote twice asking about the price for staying with my dog, and no one replied.
I had to call, and I was told that the room was intended for guests with pets.
Only when I arrived was I informed about an additional non-refundable fee. Nobody mentioned this in advance, even though, again, I asked several times.
Throughout the stay, the front desk staff seemed to be in a bad mood and were sometimes even rude.
The hotel itself is wonderful though — good breakfasts and clean rooms.
But the staff definitely did not leave a pleasant impression.
Outdoor swimming pool though didn't get to use as weather bad. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful.
I sent a message to arrange a shuttle bus day before and no reply. When I got to the airport shuttle bus area no one heard of the hotel. I asked services to call hotel to request the bus but they dont do pick ups after 8pm. My flight had been delayed so after after 12 hours sitting on a plane and the time at home being what would have been 5am I was exhausted so had to pay $50 for a taxi. I thought I wasn't going to pay as it says on booking.com there's a free shuttle. I booked my shuttle bus for the next day back to airport with no problem though. Loud air conditioning in room that came on intermittently.
The hotel looks really pretty from the outside. The breakfast was good with a lot of great options. The outside courtyard was beautiful. We loved the waterfall and garden.
There were stains on the comforter. When we asked for a new one they gave us a fitted sheet. There were a lot of hairs in the bathroom that were most certainly not ours. The hand soap smelled bad.
Missed breakfast by 20 minutes, unfortunately.
Parking lot had homeless people in it.

excellent location that was quiet; nice room with two big windows and plenty of room; shower worked great; good breakfast options; lovely grounds around the hotel; very nice staff. You can tell the staff members very much care about the property.
Our bed was quite soft and sloped a bit to the middle. The A/C worked well but could be improved by having the option of a low fan speed to reduce A/C noise. The parking lot was very roomy and quite empty, we did not understand why a parking charge exists (even though it was only $5).
Everything. This place really makes you feel welcome. It is very inviting and welcomes you and your pets! Love the feel. Each room makes you feel right at home. This is definitely my new favorite place to stay!
