No tv no microwave nasty tub everything terrible TV didn't work

I was put in the hottest room possible on the second floor. The antiquated AC was doing all it could but never really cooled off the room. The desk cleared charged me a $50 deposit, which I haven't gotten back yet after 2 days! The driveway around the entire building looks like bombed out northern Germany circa 1945.

I have pictures of this place. Unhealthy to stay at this place. This location should be shut down. The search online is deceiving. Room 116 should be boarded up. I opened the door and couldn't believe that Expedia would have this place on there list. Please contact me ASAP regarding this place. It was dirty, smelly, electrical plugs on the floor, bed linen was nasty with spots, towels already used etc.

Pure disgusting and outdated. Bugs crawling everywhere. AC didn’t cool.

when i got there they gave me a dirty room , second room fridge wasn’t working ! the place is not clean at all !

The room was very nasty i had roaches crawling i had gotten some food sat it down for a min went pick bk up a roach was all on it..also the refrigerator had a hunk of ice inside wasnt cooling anything spots on bedding tub wasnt clean i asked for a broom n new sheets brought them left them for me to put on myself i began sweeping n u der dresser was where all the trash being swept under this was a Nasty Nasty Stay

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before booking. The rooms were stained all over the walls and sheets with God knows what. Door doesn’t close properly and I now have head lice from staying in rm 201. Completely disgusting.

The welcoming at arrival was Terrible not only That I paid for a king size room and got 2 queen beds Room was Filthy blood stains on beddind tub un cleaned dust every where ...WILL NEVER BOOK OR STAY THERE AGAIN NEVER ....NEED TO STOP BOOKING NASTY ROOMS SAID BREAKFAST WAS AVAILABLE AND NONE WAS ALSO NEVER CAME TO SEE IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING NEXT DAY I CHECKED OUT EARLY AND WAS REFUSED A REFUND...

I didnt like anything about it i will not be back air conditioner was tore up shower head broke bed dirty walls dirty no towels when i arrive floor needed vacuum it was terrible i'd rather slept in ny car..

I’ve never ever have so disappointed in a hotel like why would you even put someone in a room like this I felt like I was being set up I had to check out the next day and apparently can’t get refunded since I stayed past 10 mins which in my defense I was actually too scared to walk out since it was nearly 11:00 at night and was scared they weren’t gonna give me a new room and just kick me out and I wouldn’t have had any other place to stay this was the smokers room I understand that but I only picked it because of the price but it MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT LOOK LIKE THIS IN THE PICTURES I paid nearly 300 dollars for this and can’t even get my refund I did stay my full 4 nights the door wouldn’t even lock all the way I felt like I was breathing in mold this place needs to be shut down it was truly disappointing and disgusting I didn’t even feel safe to sleep on the bed nor sleep at all I was all night until the sun came up and checked out do not stay here

The carpet was dirty the bed sheets were dirty the bed was dirty there was holes in the walls we didn't get to use any of that anemones like the breakfast the pool was closed you couldn't even get a cup of coffee.

Mold in the bathroom, food dripping down side of mini fridge, everything is rusted, crusty carpet, holes in the wall, moldy shower curtain, period blood stain(?) on mattress, crumbs on bed frame, cleanish sheets and pillows, and clean toilet

I work up with no water...snack machine was empty....so was the drink machine...

Rooms are filthy and dated

The parking lot hasd pot holes and the door was not really secure as the should be.

It had great people working could use a lot of upgrades.

Smell bad bedsheets not clean had blood on them like very bad don’t stay here this place is no good crackheads every were

The room looked clean and comfortable enough but it had a terrible smell to it. The smell may have been like a chemical insecticide? I would not recommend this place. It can be improved upon. Sorry!

There were roaches and we had to leave an go to a different hotel. The manager didn’t give us our money back. We had just got in the room, maybe 30 minutes and as soon as we cut the lights on roaches were everywhere
