נהנינו מכל רגע במהלך 4 הלילות שלנו במלון! המיקום פשוט נהדר – ממש על קו החוף הפרטי, עם גישה ישירה לים ובמרחק הליכה קצר מטיילת JBR התוססת. אזור הבריכה והגנים מטופח מאוד וירוק, עם המון מקומות ישיבה וצל. החדרים נוחים, נקיים ומרווחים, והצוות היה אדיב, מקצועי ושירותי במיוחד. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה ומגוונת. מומלץ בחום למשפחות ולזוגות!

Staff are extremely attentive, friendly and thoughtful. I was staying with my wife and young daughter. They made us feel welcome and assisted us when needed. I arrived at 10am and Aron checked us in within a few minutes. Usually check in is after 2pm but he wavered this.
I had a late flight on the checkout day so I asked the receptionist a couple days prior if I can check out at 5pm and what would the cost be. Inder the receptionist then told me that checkout would normally be be 11am and 2pm at a stretch, but actually allowed us to stay until 6pm with no additional charges. It was an incredibly kind gesture and helped us immensely as my daughter was able to nap and also it was over 45 degrees outside.
The hotel isn't new but it's classy and some areas have been modernised and kept well and it's very clean, plenty of selection at breakfast, the rooms however are very modern. And have everything you need.
Rooms are modern and well lit bathrooms are pleasant. Fridge in the room is handy also free water bottles are replenished daily.
Pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and have direct access to the beach which is private and guarded by security.
Getting a taxi is effortless with the concierge team they greet you with a smile and also assist with bags and open doors making you feel valued even if you're popping out to the shops for a few minutes.
Located on the JBR with shops and food options at your door step. McDonald's and Starbucks are 1 min walk from the front doors. Both are 24 hours.
I checker previous reviews and the room pics are up to date. Unfortunately I was too tired from flying and forgot to take pictures of the room.
Not much to pick at although, I'm very fussy with my pillow. I felt the pillows were too soft for my liking. I didn't raise this as my wife and daughter were using the other pillows so i couldn't double stack them to see if this improved, so not sure if they have firmer pillows. Bed was slightly on the firm side. But this does not make or break my stay. I'd say if they had an additional 2 firm pillows this would be amazing

באותו טיול היינו ב 3 מלונות , שרתון היה הכי טוב מכולם (והיינו במלונות טובים מאוד)
מיקום מעולה , ירידה לחוף ים קצרה ונוחה מאוד , יציאה מהמלון לטיילת וגם לטיילת של הגלגל הענק , יציאה פתוחה כל הלילה , בריכה מספקת מאוד לא ענקית אבל מספיק גדולה עם בר בבריכה , צוות נהדר , ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד

Mainly the location is what stands out about this hotel. The bathrooms are very nice also.
I generally do not like hotel rooms with hard flooring. The mattress and pillows weee not comfortable enough for me. Air con had a damp smell coming through probably because the hotel is so old even after the refurb the air con can never be the same as when it once opened.
