Room was amazing

Cons:

We thought we could get a much later check out but was busy on that day so had to leave earlier than anticipated. not the hotels fault and happy they are busier than anticipated.

Location good room was beautiful and super clean

Staff and location was very good

Cons:

I did not like the outdoor pool area and loungers did not entice me to sit there a bit outdated and missed having a balcony

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel was extremely uncomfortable and outdated for a five-star property. The bed was so hard that it was almost impossible to sleep. When I went to the room to rest at noon, I couldn’t sleep at all because of the slamming doors and noise caused by the cleaning on the floor.
