Excellent service friendly staff

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and wanted to pass on our praise and thanks to all the staff

The staff from all departments really made sure we had a great time and the challenges posed following the outbreak of trouble were dealt with efficiently.

We found genuine wish to please and enjoyed the way everyone went above and beyond from the staff in club lounge ,pool attendants pool bar servers. We went to Bliss Bar after dinner each evening and were welcomed by name and remembrance of our usual drinks.
Finally the star of our stay was our friend Demi who remembered us from last visit 4 years ago and made us feel very valued honoured guests.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The location was perfect. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The daily aqua aerobics were great too.
