Super! Echt een aanrader.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Ze gingen echt een stapje verder om ons verblijf zo goed mogelijk te maken. Mooi en vernieuwd hotel, heel schoon. Goede ligging. Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen!

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à dimension humaine, rénové récemment donc très propre, bien situé sur la jumeirah à l’extrémité au calme; le gros avantage est la plage privée , qui est plutôt rare dans ce coin. Il est à pied du walk , de la marina et de blue water island. Le personnel est au petit soin, gentil, à la plage, au petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Notre chambre était en fait une chambre communicante …on entend du coup beaucoup trop les voisins à travers la cloison : bébé qui pleure, toux, télévision allumée très tôt le matin…

Csodás hely, ahol minden rendben van, többet kaptunk, mint amire számítottunk.
Pros:

Szuper helyen fekszik, nagy, levegős, gyönyörű zöld területtel és saját tengerparttal rendelkezik. Jó a hangulat, és nincs zsúfoltság a strandon.
Házassági évfordulót ünnepeltünk, gratuláltak és egy kis tortát is kaptunk meglepetésként : ) egyébként is kedves és figyelmes a személyzet.
A szobánk is fantasztikus volt, óriási terasszal.

Cons:

Semmire se tudnék panaszkodni. Talán csak annyi, hogy néha a takarítás későn történt, volt, hogy késő délután jöttek csak a szobánkhoz. Cserébe mindig gyönyörű rend és tisztaság volt!

Great location and facilities but shame about the sun around the pool.
Pros:

The location and proximity to the beach. The breakfast buffet was superb and well worth having.

Cons:

We had to chase the sun around the pool which was in shade for a lot of the day so we had to transfer to the beach by 2:30 which was a pain.

Kahvaltı çok kötüydü. Yılbaşı balosu çok çok kötüydü. Ne hizmet alabildik. Nede alkol alabildik. Yemekler soğuktu. Servisimizi kendimiz yaptık. Boş tabakları bile masadan toplamadılar. Yılbaşı balosu için dışardan personel getirmişlerdi fakat gelenler tecrübeli değildi. Rezalet bir yılbaşı gecesi yaşadık.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton beach resort. Not only the room was amazing with a beautiful ocean view, it was extremely clean ans the stuff was excellent.
We have been scammed by a taxi driver an we told the managers and the concierge at the hotel and they went above and beyond to help us out.
Terrance Ali and Shaju were brilliant sorting the problem out for us, I can never thank them enough.
I highly recommend this hotel and I hope I will be back soon

Lovely small hotel with staff with big hearts.
Pros:

We recently stayed with our grandson and had a wonderful time. We were overwhelmed by the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff at the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Special mention to Demi, in charge of the dining room, her waiting staff and the chefs. Excellent choice of food at all times.
The pool staff, particularly Jason the lifeguard and Sunil the pool attendant, were attentive and caring to my wife. Gabbie and Colins were great fun. They took the pool aerobics in the mornings and put us through our paces.
Although a small hotel compared to those nearby, it had a nice family atmosphere. Lovely grounds which feels like as oasis amongst the high rise building near the hotel. The hotel and grounds are completely accessible for wheelchairs.
The only problem was the noise, both from the busy road at the front of the hotel and from adjacent rooms as the walls appear paper thin.
However, our overall experience of the hotel, its location and its staff was great. We cannot wait to visit again.

Excellent hotel atmosphere
Pros:

Staying here at moment for 4 nights, excellent hotel with brilliant staff @cross all areas. Everyone from reception, bell boys, servers, chefs, bar staff and management so friendly courteous and always wanting to provide more for a perfect experience. All staff are creating a Whole team together experience from top to bottom. This being exemplified by probably the youngest member, Sonya from Nepal who is already breeding the culture with her desire to help everyone. Brilliant hotel, will return at afuture time.

Pros:

Excellent location, walk right to the beach. Near tram/metro. Amazing shops and restaurants.
Exceptional Service, the staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and club room was amazing, variety testy food and beverage selection. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you all Sheraton staff for making our stay memorable.

Pros:

Husain in the hotel reception is excellent man, he is a very professional and very friendly , next time I will stay in Sherston because of the way I see Husain dealing with hotel guests.
The hotel is lucky to have someone like Husain.
