Sobre todo el trato por parte de todo el personal.
Su situación óptima y el. Desayuno Buffet muy variado

Como en la mayoría de los hoteles la iluminación es escasa tanto habitación y baño .Las perchas en los baños no dan para colgar las toallas.

PELO PUBICO EN SANITARIO DE LA HABITACION.

La ubicacion y que te cuiden las maletas antes del check in es lo mejor

Cons:

Nos entregaron la primera habitacion, en la tasa del baño habia pelo pubico, pedimos que limpiaran, fue el chico de limpieza, con un quita peluza los quito y dijo listo. Le pedi de favor desinfectara el sanitario.

solamente uso dos spray para todo el inodoro y lo limpio con un trapo y se fue.


Pedi que me cambiaran de habitacion.

en las 4 noches que estuvimos ahi cuando limpiaban la habitacion, solo bajaban la tapa del baño y no lo lavaban.
Tienen problemas con realizar la limpieza correctamente y desinfeccion de habitaciones.

Un hotel decente. Las habitaciones no estan insonorizadas.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente. Este en el centro de la Ciudad de Mexico. Muchas se las atracciones turisticas estan cerca o muy cerca.
El personal fue muy atento y profesional.

Las habitaciones no estan insonorizadas. Se podia escuchar a la gente cuando caminaban por el pasillo. Incluso las habitaciones de al lado.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel and might not book again.
Pros:

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of the Zócalo and other locations. It is centrally located on a street that has been converted to a pedestrian byway. The front desk staff were exceptional. The room was simple with a decent bathroom and no balcony. There was an air conditioning unit in the room.

Cons:

My room faced the pedestrian street, as a consequence the room was loud. Pick up and drop off by taxi or Uber is difficult because they cannot drop you off in front of the hotel.
