They might very well charge you to use the luggage cart and for every trip on the elevator.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Host was very cheerful and pleasant ~ a big plus.

Cons:

Considering the cost of the room which was high (in my opinion), the cost of breakfast was an affront. The charge of $7 a day to park our car in their parking lot is an obscenity. Overall there was the impression that we would be charged extra for tissue to blow our nose. The pillows were TOO BIG and firm. You should supply pillows of several sizes and densities. It's about comfort while sleeping, not about how the pillows line up on a made-up bed. Avoid this motel in all ways. This is a terrible value!

My husband very upset with charges for the breakfast!
Pros:

Location and desk staff very friendly.

Cons:

Having to spend a sum of money,and then $32 for breakfast!We gave a chance for the breakfast,but not worth $32!!Stayed in many places with better FREE breakfast!A week ago in Spokane!

Hidden costs, beware!

Charged for parking!!! That is really not cool, you have no competition for parking, and wasn't disclosed on line. I also thought I was getting breakfast with room, charged $16 for "breakfast buffet" which wouldn't even rank up to Comfort Inns or Holliday Inn breakfast that is included in price.

A fairly new and well maintained place with great staff
Pros:

It was clean and the staff were happy and efficient. It is near a nice restaurant.

Cons:

The breakfast area and food wasn’t particularly exciting. The location- it was convenient for the airport with its free shuttle but there was no place to easily walk around.

We stayed on two separate nights a week apart and both stays were wonderful.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The hostess made everyone there feel special. She was a ray of sunshine in the morning. We especially liked that we were able to check in early.

Cons:

A place to hang our bath towels would have been helpful.

The building, staff, and location was great. The bed was horrible!
Pros:

Nice place. Location had a lounge and food nearby.

Cons:

Room 201. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We will not be staying there again because of that.

I always enjoy spending at the hotel. Beds are always super comfy.
Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact I had to pay for breakfast separately.
The last time I stayed there it was included so it was kind of a ☹️
