Location was okay. The lobby was nice.
Didn’t expect to have to pay for parking. Loud rumbling noise all night in the walls. Was just kinda run down.
Friendliness of staff.
Had we not purchased through booking.com, we would have had to pay $7 for parking and $32.00 for breakfast. As it was, our booking.com reservation was one price for the room and a higher price if we wanted breakfast. There was no pen or paper in the room.
Pre-purchasing the breakfast option worked well for my family. It seemed a little pricey though, especially as I only had oatmeal and fruit the second day. It is available for daily selection and purchase, which might be better for some guests to opt in or out. The staff were very responsive and kind. I booked here for the indoor pool, which was a good size and not heavily used (in late December).
The only drawback was the noise of people passing in the hallway and of the guest next door who was playing the tv at a high volume, which we could hear through the door adjoining our rooms. Thankfully he turned it off when we needed to get to sleep (but turned it on again about 3 am). We weren't bothered enough to contact the management.
The people that work there were very kind
My first room had a spotlight shining directly on the window from just a few feet away. There was a blackout shade, but it wasn’t installed the way they should be so there was extremely bright light shining all the way around the shade. It looked like a bright sunny day in my room even at night. I had to ask to be moved. The second room still had spotlights shining on the window, but they were a story down instead of directly onto my window. It was still bright, but it wasn’t as bright as the first room and I didn’t want to move again.
I kept the sign on the outside of my door that says “no thank you“ because I did not want them to clean my room. On the last night of my stay, I got back to the room. to find that they had come inside. I had stuff right at the door that let me know, and it scared me. As a single woman traveling alone and not expecting room service it is really scary to walk into your room and realize that someone has been in it. It felt violating. If I have a sign on my door saying I don’t want room service, I don’t want room service. If you’re going to come into my room anyway then I should be contacted.

Rooms where really clean. Pool was warm quiet area check out guy was really friendly the next morning and even told us to drive safe..
Lady at front desk was rude when I get th. Didn't want to answer any questions and when she did it was with an attitude problem. I was not informed that I had to pay for parking. Or about the 50 dollars that they hold at check in... thay I won't get back till 7 business days i will not be saying here again!!
