It was nice overall.
Pros:

The location was right off the turnpike and near several shops and restaurants. The staff was nice and friendly, especially Lisa.

Cons:

Our shower has chipped paint, the faucet was loose, we were not able to check in early, our tv was positioned in a place where it wasn’t convenient to watch from our beds. The room was a bit smaller than I expected.

STAY AT SPRINGHILL
Pros:

Customer Service is very good. Comfortable and clean environment. Convenient location. Breakfast is very good. Refreshments provided at the Lobby us also very thoughtfulness.

Cons:

Pool was only opened till 8PM only. It would be nice if it was opened till 10PM.

I feel very safe and secure when I stay here. Front desk workers are amazing and professional.
Pros:

I had a medical emergency and Ray at the front desk was a God send. He reacted promptly and stayed by my side until the ambulance arrived. I am deeply grateful for his help.

The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Ray is very accommodating when I request to check in a little early and made certain that my room request was met. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
