Housekeeping was impeccable, and every request I made was handled promptly with a smile. I also want to give a special thanks in the restaurant/bar, Mohammet, Aysun, others whose names I forgot to get, whose attentiveness and kindness made every meal feel special.

It’s rare to find a team so consistently dedicated to guest satisfaction. You can tell that the staff genuinely care, and that kind of hospitality is unforgettable. I’ll absolutely be returning and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."

The hotel team is truly a credit Ritz Carlton Istanbul. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, kind, and attentive, but I would especially like to mention Riham(Rio she told as to call her) for making such a positive impact on my stay.She went above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and we were enjoying conversations with her about everything so much so we exchanged our few personal details which we were very confident and happy to share with her. On our return my family sent a video to her thanking her for her love.

It is clear that whole team takes great pride in their work, and their hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for having such a wonderful group.

My wife and I enjoyed our 4-night stay tremendously. The hotel is located 10 mins walk to Kabatas Port on the Bosphoros: easy to pick up ferries there to different parts of the city, and the tram into the city centre. The hotel overlooks the Besiktas Football Stadium, which made for exciting viewing of the Turkey v Rumania World Cup qualifier!
Our room was large and comfortable as was our bed. Breakfasts overlooking the Bosphoros was my highlight of the day and the service from Mr Murat, Nisa and their colleagues faultless. My wife's highlight was using the hotel pool and spa each evening, again with super staff on hand to guide us. I should also mention that the staff on reception were v kind too and attentive: one lady had seen from my passport that my birthday fell during our stay and arranged for a v tasty chocolate cake and balloons to appear in our room as a surprise. We were delighted with our stay and recommend highly for all the reasons above. I should also mention we enjoyed meeting other guests who all had interesting stories to tell (you know who you are!).

Just returned from a week in Istanbul and had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel. From the moment our taxi pulled up at the hotel to the time we left, every aspect of our stay and service was fantastic. It started with the warmest of welcomes, efficient check-in, seamless baggage handling. The room (King partial Bosphorus view) was fab - spacious with everthing we needed. What really stood out for us were the staff - each and every member of staff we met was so lovely, helpful and took a genuine interest in our stay. Service was seamless, but also provided in a very efficient and subtle manner, under-pinned by kindness. Whilst each and every member of staff was amazing, a special mention goes to Riham in the concierge area (she was a fab guide but also sorted so much for us) and the senior members of staff/managers/F&B team in the restaurant. Their attention to detail, helpfulness, guidance in terms of what food to try and how to eat certain things was so kind. They were also a good source of information in terms of where to go, what to do etc. The service was so personalised. I am sorry I cannot remember their individual names though. We mainly had breakfast in the hotel and ate out most nights, but the food was of a very good variety and quality.
Location was good - right next to the Besiktas Stadium but also 10 minutes walk from the Kabatas Tram Station which made travelling in to the city centre so efficient and easy. Also a 15 minute walk (uphill) to Taksim Square. The hotel also has their own fleet of luxury taxis, but we also used Ubers which we found very reasonably priced and efficient. Great gym/sauna and steam room.
All in all - FANTASTIC in every respect!!! Thank you!

My boyfriend and I had an incredible couples Hamman experience with Nopi and Erna. It was a luxurious experience from start to finish with special touches that set them apart from other spa experiences we’ve had together. The facilities are spotless and gorgeous, and Nopi and Erna are incredibly talented.

I always choose this hotel for my business trips, and it consistently exceeds my expectations. What I appreciate most is its cozy atmosphere combined with a wide range of amenities. Its location is perfect—very close to Taksim—while still offering an authentic Istanbul ambiance that makes every stay feel special.

The service is truly outstanding. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, paying close attention to every detail and anticipating your needs with great care. As a frequent business traveler, I especially value having access to the club lounge, which offers excellent food throughout the day—from breakfast to dinner—making my schedule much easier to manage.
Another highlight for me is the wellness area. The gym is well-equipped with modern machines, including cardio equipment like treadmills and bikes, as well as a solid selection of free weights and strength-training machines—perfect for maintaining a consistent routine while traveling. The gym and sauna are also very convenient in terms of opening hours, allowing flexibility whether you prefer early morning or late evening workouts. The sauna itself is clean, relaxing, and a great way to unwind after a long day.
What really sets this hotel apart is the personalized approach. The team is incredibly observant and thoughtful, often preparing things in advance based on my preferences. I would like to especially thank Meryem, Gülcan, and Baran for their professionalism and warm hospitality. A special mention also goes to Eylem Hanım, whose attentiveness and dedication truly make a difference.

Overall, Ritz Carlton in Istanbul offers not just comfort and convenience, but a genuine sense of care and hospitality. I highly recommend it, especially for business travelers looking for a refined yet welcoming stay in Istanbul.

I visited the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul for the first time, but my husband has often stayed at this hotel when traveling to Istanbul for business. He booked a room for me for the dates of my visit, as I came to Istanbul for dental implants.

I fell in love with this luxurious hotel at first sight — it is truly the number one hotel in Turkey. The service, the staff, the food, the rooms — not 5, but 6 stars ✨

On the day I went for my implant procedure, I was welcomed back with flowers and gifts. They took care of me as if I were a close family member 🥰

Honestly, my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul was absolutely amazing. I did not expect such a high level of customer experience — it truly exceeded all expectations and became one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.

The location is outstanding — right by the Bosphorus, perfect for walks, close to Nişantaşı for shopping, and very convenient for business areas as well as access to the Old City. Everything is within easy reach, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and efficient.

I also loved that the hotel offers a fantastic Japanese restaurant with an excellent chef. It was perfect to enjoy a high-quality dinner without leaving the hotel.

What impressed me the most, however, was the service and the people. The staff made me feel genuinely cared for from the very first moment. As it was my first stay, I was guided through everything with great attention, patience, and warmth.

A very special thank you to Beril and Onur from the restaurant — they created an exceptional breakfast experience for me. Their level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. I truly felt looked after at every step.

I felt at home and honestly did not want to leave.

This stay allowed me to perfectly combine a business trip with some time to relax and explore Istanbul. Everything was compact, convenient, and within walking distance — exactly how I like it. No need for long commutes, just a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Great hotel, best views of Bosphorus, excellent location, good classy restaurants, delicious food, flawless service and best staff members especially Nisa from the Italian restaurant and Busra from reception, clean and spacious rooms, very nice gym and spa area. I had a very pleasent experience all over.

Istanbul Suite is amazing for spending time with 3 kids. Big, Specious and Comfortable! Really good location and services. Also booked one more twin room which is also big and specious! Really appreciate help at the reception and staff who made up our rooms. Aiganym was very kind and professional, also all other staff at the reception, didn’t remember their names. Will definitely come back.

My mom and I had a wonderful hammam experience at the spa in The Ritz-Carlton Spa Soul and it was truly special.

Erna and Tiara took care of us, and they were both incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire treatment. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and every step of the experience was done with great care.

You can really feel that they love what they do. Thanks to them, our spa visit became a beautiful and memorable experience.

We had a truly magnificent stay and the service quality was absolutely perfect. The hotel is incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. Our room was extremely large with a stunning view; the bed was so comfortable that we fell asleep while watching the scenery right from our pillows. The Club Lounge was another highlight, with high-quality and delicious food and drinks. Most importantly, we want to thank Eylem, Gülcan, Baran, and Meryem for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly polite and helpful during both check-in and check-out, making us feel very welcome throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking views and top-tier service.

Istanbul hotels were less expensive than in other cities in Europe. I decided to splurge and spend a couple of nights at the Ritz Carlton. It was fabulous. Incredible breakfast, terrific room. The only down side was that it takes about a 10 minute walk uphill to get to shops and restaurants.

Staff is always so “busy” . Not helping in anything. Elevators doesn’t work properly. Bathroom needs to be renovated . Very dirty closets.

I had a massage with Zehra at the Ritz Carlton Istanbul and it was amazing ! I was very tired, stressed and completely broken in the back and she really made sure I was relaxed and repaired when leaving ! Fully recommend !

My stay here was nothing short of exceptional. I booked the Ritz Carlton with my friend for my birthday weekend after reading positive reviews. I was pleased to find out that the service was just as I read. From the small details to the attentive and friendly service - nothing was too much trouble.

I was made to feel so special on my birthday with more than three cakes sent to my room. I’d like to also especially thank Yusuf and Reham at reception who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and also Bariş at concierge. Staff remembered me by name which I thought was an personal touch. Breakfast was great with various selections and special thanks to Aysun who made me feel special every day at breakfast and was so attentive. The room were clean and modern, and the bathrooms classic and beautiful with marble interior.

The amenities in the hotel were definitely of a 5 star standard and I’d like to also thank I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip.

The only thing I would say is that I wish there was a Jacuzzi in the hotel other than that everything was perfect!
