Pros:

Staffs were very friendly and polite. Ask for anything and it will arrive in minutes! The ground is absolutely beautiful and you can take a stroll to relax anywhere. Highly recommended. Just a note that the wifi is not the best and can use some upgrades.

I would give every aspect of this delightful hotel a top rating, from the lovely staff to the quality of all facilities and the wonderful location. I spend a night here and used the spa, which is also excellent. The food in the restaurant was exquisite. If you have limited time and want a restful break, this is the place to come!

We keep returning because this hotel is such a gem. Beautiful location and grounds, superb facilities. Food is just delicious, the rooms are very spacious, quiet and very comfortable beds. A complete favourite.

The property is absolutely gorgeous! It blew me away! It’s so much more beautiful in person than on pictures! The staff were super friendly! The food was so good! I loved the pool area, it had 5 different type of saunas! It was so relaxing! Good place to take the kids))

Had a lovely stay as a pitstop on our way over to Devon & Cornwall. The staff here is generally friendly and helpful. The facilities are kept clean and the grounds are well maintained. Enjoyed the spa during family hours, too.

This hotel is always consistently 12 out of 10 ! Beds and pillow / rooms are excellent, so comfortable and quiet. Staff are so friendly and professional. Food is absoloutely delicious, every single mouthful. Spa is devine, kept so clean and everything always working, quite luxurious to spend time in this beautiful place, the walks are stunning.

Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and the spa is great for relaxing.
The Hotel Manager is always welcoming and makes sure everything is up to standard.

This hotel was highly rated as the best in UK… unfortunately it did not live up to this expectation.

The facilities are run down; it has a nice pool that was probably amazing in its day. The breakfast was good; better than the Michelin star dinner!

Our experience may have been tainted because we had just stayed at Heckfield place which was so much better!

The grounds and the main house is quite beautiful. We would have loved to do some horse riding but the weather wasn’t permitting.

This hotel is worth ten stars, the staff are so professional and friendly, food is amazing, spa is upkept to perfection standards and extremely relaxing, all set in the the most beautiful surroundings. Beds very comfortable, especially the pillows, rooms are large and when you drive away from this piece of heaven, you start booking your next stay in your mind.
