Location was perfect, and the manger was superb. Very helpful
Cleanliness. Location. Free Parking. No Carpet. Simple decor.
Location and comfortable bed
The staff came across as distrustful and unapproachable
Amazing location and clean room.
Strong unpleasant smell throughout hallways and hotel room. Building appeared much older than expected.
The room is really elegant and clean
The room was ok
We stayed here on January 1st on a snowy day in Tahoe. When we entered our room, it was freezing cold because the heating had not been turned on. We contacted the front desk, and the manager and owner came into our room. Instead of addressing the issue, he raised his voice, insisted the room was warm, and repeatedly emphasized that he was the owner.
Later, when we stepped out to get dinner, the same owner approached us again and asked if we were hotel guests, even though he had just been in our room. When we told him the room was still cold, he became aggressive and threatened to call the police if we did not leave.
We no longer felt safe staying at the hotel and decided to book another place on a holiday night, which caused significant inconvenience and additional expense. The entire experience was unprofessional and intimidating, and we would not recommend staying here.
location close to everything
The staff member at the front desk was extremely rude. I’m not sure if he was the manager or the front desk attendant, but his behavior was unacceptable. We arrived at 12:20 PM because Booking.com indicated that check-in was available at 12:00 PM. Instead of explaining the situation calmly, he abruptly told us to come back at 3:00 PM and began closing the door on us without having a proper conversation. There was no attempt to clarify, assist, or provide basic customer service. The way we were dismissed was disrespectful and unprofessional.
Great location, easy check in/out and parking, snacks in room
Mildew smell in hallways, pricey, front desk personnel was not the friendliest
