Pros:

The location was great. Walking distances from the beach, shopping, and casinos. They offer free snacks in your room. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

The dog at check-in. The dog was friendly, however, very invasive it was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

The owner was very welcoming. Made sure we were comfortable. Snacks in the room provided. Donuts, snacks and coffee offered in the lobby. Walkling distances to Stateline and the casinos. Also, within walking distance to the lake.

Cons:

Not a deal breaker but I would have brought my own pillows. Theres where not the greatest. Water pressure poor. Just little things that are nothing to be worries about. A bit pricy for the weekend but it is August so it gets busy in Tahoe.

I’m skeptical booking to this hotel, but I’m glad I did from host, to location, the rooms is exceptional, exceeded my expectations. Host can give you some advice where to go, where’s the good foods.

Pros:

Great place to stay! Extremely clean. The free snacks were such a nice touch.

Great room and exceptional service!
Pros:

The manager was very helpful at check in. I was there on a diving trip so I had a lot of equipment. He was super helpful with providing a ground level room and suggested a ver convenient place to park. Excellent value for the room as well.

Great stay in South Lake Tahoe
Pros:

Located next to everything in South Lake Tahoe, can walk to the rental boats and main street in no time. Comfortable beds, big bathroom, recently renovated building so all furniture is modern. Water cooler in the hallway was very convenient to have. Relevant to mention that we were likely the only guests (weekday in mid June) as the parking lot was empty and we did not see any other guests.

Cons:

The curtain was too small for the window so light bled into the room. The airco made a lot of noise.
