Pros:

The hotel was great.

Cons:

The Credit card was charged by Booking.com but the hotel was never paid so they charged my credit card, and I can't get an answer from Booking.com about my money.

On top of that, the hotel lost one of my bags and now I am dealing with their insurance.

Nice hotel and although I had a few issues they were fixed.
Pros:

nice location and esthetics of hotel were beautiful

Cons:

The mini fridge caused water to be on the floor. They were attentive to it and came up, the guy stated that the water probably came from the cleaning staff opening the fridge and the water that was in the fridge from condensation??? is what spilled on the floor. He put a towel on the floor to collect it and it was okay.
Then the toilet did not flush that well and had a guy to come up and he stated that a flap in the tank section was causing the issue. He stated I had to push and HOLD the lever down all the way for all the water to go down and for the tank to fill back up.

Pros:

The view and peace.

Cons:

No parking for those paid to stay because it was over packed with cars for the event which leads to me having to pay for parking in a different garage.

ATA Textiles show at the convention center across the street.
Pros:

Location was great and staff were great. Ideal for convention center. Also, the smash burger at Conners was one of the best I've ever had.

Cons:

Bathrooms need to be updated.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, and I'll return for sure.
Pros:

I was very impressed with the staff; everyone I encountered was so courteous and helpful. In this ever-changing world, this was quite refreshing, and made my stay much better.

Wonderful!
Pros:

Mohammed. Was super kind and wonderful! Was helpful with information. Like when dinner would be served! Yeah. And brought one of my fellow workers extra desserts! So kind ! The man’s wonderful. We had to take pictures with him! Merry Christmas! Great experience!

Will stay again. Post renovations!
Pros:

Near attractions and walkable. The staff were all very friendly. Loved the holiday themed bar! Lobby was warm and welcoming, decorated festively!

Cons:

This is outside of many’s control but renovations were going on which made things a bit inconvenient.
