A great hotel
Pros:

We had a great experience as always. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The restaurant has a great menu and bar and an extremely friendly staff. Actually everyone in the entire place was super friendly. The valet attendants Trent and Deonte were exceptionally helpful. Overall just about as close to perfect as a hotel can be.

Excellent Location!
Pros:

I just completed my 4 night stay and we had such a wonderful experience here. I want to personally recognize Maya, the Front Desk Receptionist. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay which would not have been possible without her kindness, patience and expertise. She was truly outstanding! It always worked out that Maya was the person who answered my call or happened to be the face I met at the desk for random things I needed. Our team will return to the area in June for the Nationals. I will be strongly recommending that we return to your beautiful location if at the very least, to see Maya again. I am forever grateful for her service. Please compensate her for the wonderful job she did.

Pros:

The hotel was great.

Cons:

The Credit card was charged by Booking.com but the hotel was never paid so they charged my credit card, and I can't get an answer from Booking.com about my money.

On top of that, the hotel lost one of my bags and now I am dealing with their insurance.

Pros:

During our recent trip to Indianapolis, our team had to make last minute arrangements for our weekend stay. We contacted Marriott Downtown and spoke with front desk agent Suhaib. He immediately began working and was able to find accommodations for several of our families. His attention to detail, superior customer service and true sincerity relieved the stressful situation and allowed us to enjoy the weekend.

Pros:

Krista was a wonderful help! She was able to help me when I was a “hot mess”! It definitely enhanced my experience at your hotel! As a volleyball mom, I had multiple items that were deemed “necessary” by my 15 year old! Krista is a definite asset to your organization!

Nice hotel and although I had a few issues they were fixed.

nice location and esthetics of hotel were beautiful

Cons:

The mini fridge caused water to be on the floor. They were attentive to it and came up, the guy stated that the water probably came from the cleaning staff opening the fridge and the water that was in the fridge from condensation??? is what spilled on the floor. He put a towel on the floor to collect it and it was okay.
Then the toilet did not flush that well and had a guy to come up and he stated that a flap in the tank section was causing the issue. He stated I had to push and HOLD the lever down all the way for all the water to go down and for the tank to fill back up.
