Cons:

La Moquette puzzava un po, l aria condizionata a forte velocità era rumorosa, chi ha installato il vetro della doccia nella vasca da bagno ha limitato un po la libertà di movimento in bagno. Arrivati alle 14.15 non ci è stata suggerita la possibilità di fare early check in (né a gratis né a pagamento).

Good location but hotel is dated and old

Wanted to love this place but sadly was too many negatives and not enough positives.

Hotel is dated and old
Slept terrible as so much noise, walls are made of paper. You can hear people talking and moving in the next rooms. Also outside is noisy.
Beds are so uncomfortable.
Air con is noisy.
Furniture is dated and old (original 80s)
Bathroom is worst design ever and hard to get into bath/shower as no space.
We stayed in a deluxe room and it wasn’t great so I dread to think what anything less was.
Rooms are small (especially bathroom)
Some staff friendly and helpful, others abrupt and short which is a shame for the nicer ones.
Lifts are the smallest I’ve ever seen.
We requested a twin room months and months in advance only to be given a double and they wouldn’t change it.
I’d rate this hotel a 2 star at best.
The worst thing for us was the noise, room size and dated room. If these aren’t a problem for you then location is good.

Pros:

Funcionários prestativos e educados, muito bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Acesso somente por escadas ao hotel, apartamento com um pilar dentro e não tem serviços de quarto fora do horário do café.

Pros:

A localização é excecional, a limpeza é irrepreensível e o pequeno-almoço é muito bom. As camas são muito confortáveis e os têxteis de cama e de casa de banho são de ótima qualidade.
A acomodação da nossa filha de 13 anos foi muito boa uma vez que não foi cobrado nenhum extra e tinha inclusivamente um pequeno quarto só para ela dentro do nosso.

Cons:

A mobília está um bocadinho datada e já não está em ótimo estado, mas não compromete a experiência. A alcatifa apresenta algum desgaste e a casa de banho beneficiaria com uma atualização. De qualquer forma, sentimo-nos muito confortáveis e a localização, bem como a limpeza, fazem com que compense.

Functional and good at the price

Amazing location
Pros:

Location is simply the best ever. Close to everything. If you are a tourist is great to be near this place. The room had a lot of space, which was great. The staffing was also really nice and super helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
