Really good hotel, great location, delicious food and coctails, clean rooms, but a little too pricy

Location is very good, friendly stuff, clean rooms, delicious food, a lot of space for everyone.

Cons:

One elevator do not work, so we must to wait another to come, or take the stairs. Breakfast is delicious but a little pricy.

Perfect location. Great views from roof terrace/bar.
Lovely staff.
Comfortable and spacious rooms. Good bathroom/shower.
Wide choice and good quality breakfast.

Cons:

Slightly short-staffed for terrace/roof/lobby bar (i.e one person, three areas!).
One lift out of order after first day. Second lift couldn't call from higher floors after second day!

We stayed for 4 nights in a superior king room the room was spacious and very clean .

Gute Basis für den Trip, aber mehr auch nicht
Pros:

Die Lage und das Personal waren wirklich gut. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte.

Man ist direkt am Strand und an einem Skatepark und mit Bus und Metro schnell und easy unterwegs.
Auch das Viertel Poblenou mit seinen tollen Bars und Restaurants macht Laune zum Verweilen.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Es hat an nichts gefehlt...

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer sehr einfach und das Mobiliar schon defekt oder in die Jahre gekommen. Hier müsste vor allem mal die Badewanne restauriert werden...

Al di sotto delle mie aspettative

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel non è stata positiva.

Il Wi-Fi nella mia camera non funzionava. Dopo aver segnalato il problema alla reception, mi è stato assicurato che avrebbero verificato e provveduto a risolverlo, ma durante tutto il soggiorno non è stato fatto nulla.

In camera mancava inoltre qualsiasi informazione utile per gli ospiti: nessun foglio con i recapiti telefonici, le indicazioni sui servizi dell'hotel o la password del Wi-Fi. Informazioni basilari che ho sempre trovato nelle altre strutture in cui ho soggiornato.

Anche la posizione, pubblicizzata come comoda per la metropolitana, a mio parere non è così vantaggiosa: la fermata dista circa 750 metri. Una distanza che può sembrare poca, ma che per chi viaggia da solo con bambini, soprattutto la sera dopo un'intera giornata trascorsa a visitare la città, si fa sentire.

La pulizia della camera mi è sembrata piuttosto superficiale. Inoltre, sia io che mia figlia, entrambe soggette ad allergie, abbiamo lasciato l'hotel con uno sfogo di dermatite da contatto. Non posso affermare con certezza quale ne sia stata la causa, ma è un episodio che ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ancora meno piacevole.

Nel complesso, un'esperienza al di sotto delle aspettative. Mi sarei aspettata maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, ai servizi essenziali e soprattutto alle segnalazioni degli ospiti.
