La zona del hotel ha mejorado , restaurante nuevo enfrente y. Presencia policial en la zona lo que mucha más tranquilida

La actualización de las instalaciones muy bien hecha, las habitaciones contrafrente, tienen una de las mejores vistas de CABA , los jardines comunes dan vista y silencio, similar vista desde el desayunador, el desayuno bien , simple pero todo fresco con buena reposición e incluye café express sin costo, como siempre excelentes ascensores, cantidad , calidad, velocidad y mantenimiento

Cons:

Las almohadas, necesitan un recambio, están apelotonadas y las bicolasticas muy altas y duras, ideal sería de plumas, un detalle el personal de entrada no te ayuda con el equipaje ni siquiera a damas o personas mayores .

Avoid Hotel Emperador for better options in Recoleta
Pros:

Hotel Emperador certainly nails the location, placing you right in the heart of Recoleta, but that is unfortunately where the perks end. It is truly disappointing to find a property marketed as a five-star establishment failing so spectacularly at the basics of hospitality. We stayed for a full week, yet our in-room coffee supplies were provided only on the first night, and the breakfast service was, frankly, abysmal. It is hard to shake the impression that the hotel is struggling to remain profitable, as the pervasive atmosphere of penny-pinching and the noticeable absence of standard services make it clear that guest comfort is no longer their priority.

For the price point they are demanding, the experience feels entirely out of sync with expectations for this tier of hotel. I strongly encourage anyone planning a trip to Buenos Aires to look into the myriad of other choices within the Recoleta neighborhood. There are several alternatives that are comparatively priced but offer a level of service and attention to detail that actually honors the "five-star" designation. Save yourself the frustration and choose a property that treats its guests with the standard of care they deserve.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

El desayuno muy completo y variado. Las instalaciones muy bien conservadas y sobre todo limpias. Las habitaciones excelentes. El area pileta estaba muy bien, solo le subiría unos grados al agua ya que se la notaba tibia y en invierno se hace dificil estar allí si el agua esta en esa temperatura. El personal muy amable y bien dispuesto. Para almorzar esta perfecto, tienen variedad, pero sería bueno que lo mantengan por la noche, ya que solo habilitan el bar (con la misma comida) y para familias con chicos no es muy cómodo. Lo recomiendo!!

La temperatura del agua de la pileta y el bar para cenar. Preferiría el restaurante.

Alojamiento de lujo!
Pros:

La estadía fue espectacular!!! Desde el ingreso al hotel, la atención de todo el personal fue maravillosa. Personal super amable, dispuesto y simpático.
Me ofrecieron una copa de espumante por ser cliente Booking, cosa que nunca me había sucedido. Un detalle muy lindo! Y como era fin de semana nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación a una categoría superior.
Me habían comentado que el sector del gimnasio fue remodelado y lo comprobé personalmente. Tienen máquinas super modernas, todo a nuevo, con un espacio para hacer stretching tranquilo, la piscina es única y el ambiente en general muy relajado.
El desayuno muy completo. Cenamos y ambos platos fueron un 10!
Las habitaciones limpias, muy amplias y modernas. También remodeladas hace poco tiempo. Recomiendo 100%!!!

Good in parts.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel either side of a Hurtigruten cruise to Antarctica. The room on both occasions was lovely and you could not fault the facilities. Breakfast was a bit chaotic given the large number of guests but the waiting staff were very helpful. The staff in Oliver's Bar on the first visit were poor (I raised this at the time) but on the second stay all was absolutely fine. The hotel is centrally located and a good base for exploring the City.
