La ubicacion
Un poco limitada la carta para la cena, es muy buen restaurante, me hubiese gustado encontrar mas variedad de platos para no tener que salir a buscar afuera
No basic stuff like ironing bord and iron in the rooms. If asked they told us to give to laundry on chargeable basis. And also guest were not even allowed to the room even for 10 mins during the day time for the discussion of the business. And the attitude of the staff were not cordial.
Personal totalmente increíble, preocupados en todo momento. Incluso me regalaron flores porque estaba en recuperación de un procedimiento médico. Hotel 100% recomendado si quieres una experiencia de lujo en Buenos Aires. Desayuno muy completo y la comida del restaurant y room service deliciosa. Gracias a todo el equipo de hotel emperador.

Deberían reponer el agua de cortesía en la habitación. Estuvimos una semana y la reposición de agua la cobran.

Poco flujo de agua en baños..llaves de lavamanos
Muy lindo Hotel!! Tuvimos un habitación esquina, muy amplia y se nota que recientemente remodelada. Muy comoda y limpia! El desayuno muy rico y completo y la atención buenisima! Fuimos a ver el gimnasio y también está remodelado y con máquinas nuevas. Sin duda es una muy buena opción para alojarse en Buenos Aires. Cerca de los restaurantes de La Recova y muchos otros.
