Walkable distance to great restaurants and bars, from desk and bell boy staff very friendly and helpful especially Alejandro.
Couldn’t do ironing in your room - only possibility is to check it into laundry and pay for it - I was quite shocked by that!
Gimnasio en muy malas condiciones
Los baños del lugar son muy lindos , y el desayuno es bastante completo
El personal no era muy atento , las instalaciones no son nada que ver alas fotos que muestran , lo que es la picsina , es un lugar muy oscuro , era bastante desordenado , y el gim es un lugar muy dificil de encontrar y todo era muy antiguo , faltaba un poco de mantenimiento , lo digo para ser un hotel y por las fotos que muestran , al llegar al lugar no cumple con las expectativas.
Our stays have generally been pleasant.
We are willing to give the hotel another try, as we do enjoy the location, but I must admit that our expectations are now quite low following these experiences.
We have been returning to the Emperador Hotel regularly, as we really value its convenient proximity to the airport and the excellent nearby restaurants.
However, we have unfortunately had another disappointing check-in experience. We had informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving before 2am. When we arrived, it was pouring with rain and no one offered to assist us with our luggage. We had four large suitcases and three pieces of hand luggage, and when my wife asked the staff member outside for help, he simply looked at us without offering any assistance.
At reception, the situation did not improve. The receptionist was unable to locate our reservation, and the check-in process took around 15 minutes. Again, no one offered to help us with our luggage to the room.
This is not the first time we have experienced issues. Last year, despite booking a suite, we were unable to check in early, while a friend of ours from the US, who had a standard booking and arrived around 9am, was checked in early and upgraded to a suite. Meanwhile, we were asked to wait until 3pm, which felt very inconsistent and disappointing.However, having a second poor check-in experience is concerning and not in line with the level of service we would expect.

Она дебетовая . Вдруг вы что-то испортите в отеле!!!! Ок . Вот VISA вашего BBVA. Нельзя😳!!! Она тоже дебетовая.Интересно, во всем мире , в любом месте , на порядок статуснее, все Ок и только тут нельзя! Ок. время 3-й час ночи. Сил нет. Вот, возьмите 1100 € ( стоимость 4 ночей) наличными, утром разберемся и сделаю перевод со счета.Звонили- звонили старшему менеджеру , не дозвонились , спал ночью.)) Опять отказ.
Хорошо был один и почти налегке, а если семья, дети, чемоданы, ночь!!!! В итоге плюнул, взял такси , поехал в другой отель , спокойно оплатил с карты и заселился . Думал посудиться из принципа , но посмотрел как все там работает и махнул рукой… За многие годы первый раз столкнулся с таким вопиющим отношением к клиенту. Выводы делайте сами…

Catering not at 5 star level, no restaurant in the evening, though bar meals available
me parecio normal cosa que no coincide con el precio abonado. En el desayuno no recibimos una buena atencion , ya que tuve q pedir 4 veces me traigan cafe y no podes servirtelo solo .
Al salir nos hicieron esperar mas de 15 min en el estacionamiento pq no me entregaron le ticket de salida, un camarero fue y vino para que podamos salir con mucha demora . ME parece inaceptable esa atencion siendo que no era un problema mio. LA piscina tenia el agua demacsado fria no estaba bien climatizada. No me gusto el servicio por le precio abonado, hay muchos hoteles q por ese precio ofrecen mas o mejores servicios. Lei hotel Spa y fui por eso y nada de spa encontre. Me aloje y solicite servicio de masajes y no tenian turno , me dicen tenes que reservarlo con anterioridad y no tengo tanta anticipacion para saber que dia voy a ir al hotel, me parece otro punto a mejorar mucho. En fin por el precio abonado no volveria a ir.
The hotel is nice and in a good location. The rooms are quite large and the air conditioning works great. The breakfast buffet is not grea , for a 5 star hotel, I personally think they can do quite a bit better. The plates are the size of a bread plate. The hotel is starting to show its age.

We had both room service and ate at their restaurant. Both times, food was tasty, well presented and reasonably priced

Pillows a bit hard for me and breakfast hot buffet the eggs were like flying saucers bar food wasn’t what I’d expect for a hotel that paid a lot for
Schlechte Lage, laut. Unpersönliches Hotel, völlig überteuert. Und für $300/Nacht muss man beim Frühstück den Capuccino oder Espresso auch noch extra zahlen! Völlig indiskutabel!

Room not ready but to be expected. Lot of people checking in/out. It’s a beautiful hotel. Clean and spacious. Our room was large on a corner with garden views. Huge king bed, well appointed bathroom. Downside is hearing planes constantly and the lack of amenities. (Seems to be a common theme in South America). See other review for Oliver’s Bar. I’d prefer to be closer to city but this was adequate for 1 night and early morning flight out.
