Localização
Pouco espaço, falta de ac, limpeza
We have a fridge in our room which was a nice surprise.
Very little
Unbelievable how small and tight for space shower water was unusable
Location excellent - quiet square - close to tube station
Room is small but all we needed
Nada
Humedad. Con acceso a un patio interior clausurado
Falta de mantenimiento. Pisos gastados. Mienten los comentarios positivos
Mala atención recepción
Decidí irme a buscar algo mejor.
Good-size bright rooms, comfortable beds, decent shower. Very good location for Earls Court Road shops and restaurants and the Tube.
24-hour front desk - important !
No complaints
This was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room with no windows, only a balcony that was shared with the neighbouring room, meaning anyone from next door could potentially enter my room at any time. When I raised this as a serious safety concern, I was repeatedly told there was nothing to worry about. But how is that reassuring when someone could simply walk into my room after seeing the balcony door open? Keeping the door closed wasn’t a solution either, as the room became unbearably hot with no windows for ventilation. To make matters worse, I found stains on the bedsheets. I was eventually moved to another room, it was tiny, felt like a box, and the bathroom was so poorly designed that you had to squeeze past the toilet just to get into the shower. Paying around £400 for three nights and receiving this level of accommodation is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend paying a little extra and staying somewhere that offers basic comfort, cleanliness, and, most importantly, a sense of safety.
The view from the room to Nevern Gardens.
Not far to Earl's Court Station.
The room was extremely hot, the ventilator provided didn't work.
Even the sparse water that drizzled from the shower was scalding.
The room was tiny, the walls paper thin, the furniture has seen better times.
By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, in London or anywhere else.
