Room Refresh Notice We will be enhancing our hotel with a full renovation through the end of the May 31, 2026. All our Guest rooms are completed, currently working on our public areas including Restaurant, Coffee Bar, Fitness Center & pool. Work occurs 8am–5pm daily. We appreciate your patience during this exciting update.

Special traffic and parking Information exist for Levi's Stadium event days. The Santa Clara Police department may limit access to the surrounding stadium during or after events taking place at Levi's Stadium. Please plan accordingly. Hotel parking is $25+ tax a day with in/out privileges.

Due to limited spaces we do restrict hotel parking to 1 car per room on special event and game days at Levi Stadium. Oversized or additional parking $100 a day + tax based on availability. Any questions, please contact us. Due to limited storage space within our hotel, we will accept and hold incoming packages at the rate of $10/box per day. This charge will be placed on your master bill. Limits may apply, please contact the hotel to confirm availability of storage space. Guests checking out the day of a game/event will not be permitted to leave their vehicle on hotel property after the official “check-out” time. For additional details or for schedule of events please contact the hotel. Guests are not permitted to bring firearms on the premises.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

I checked in yesterday at 2 pm. I was told the coffee shop, the bar and the kitchen was closed. Until 4:30. The front desk person said I should either order Door Dash or something from the VENDING MACHINE. They seemed surprised that I might need anything since it was the middle of the afternoon. I waited until my colleagues arrived and we walked to the Hyatt for a drink and a snack. Then we found out we were literally the 1st people to dine in an empty restaurant later that night. The chef was very nice and made a point of trying hard and being nice. The BTG wine menu could use work. This morning my colleague tried to go for an early work out. Gym was closed until noon. On top of all of this whoever the interior designer was felt the need to use mother board graphics on every reflective surface and mirror in the rooms and the entire hotel. It was not cool. The people who work there are nice and trying hard. This was simply one of the oddest hotels I have ever stayed in. I’m going to go with management issues here.
