Service: Full marks to the front desk staff. She was very warm and proactive in helping me solve problems, and never showed any impatience despite the language barrier. Even though we both carelessly booked the room extension at another hotel, I still highly appreciate her service. Also, her two daughters are very cute.

Location: The map shows it's very close to the airport, but since I was on a road trip, I found it very convenient and quiet. I hardly heard any airplane noise.

Cons:

Room: I'm quite sensitive to smells, and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room when I checked in. Fortunately, the room was in a good location — opening the windows for ventilation solved the problem quickly.

My stay was very disappointing. I upgraded to garden view when given an option through booking.com. When I went to the motel, not only did I not have the "garden view" because it literally was overlooking a parking lot, my room selection which should have been a king bed was not given to me. They gave me two full beds. When I asked them to provide me with the room that I had booked they said they are all sold out. Also, all this happened after I had called them two days before my trip to make sure there are no issues. Also, I was told the room came with iron and ironing board. I didnt not get any, and when I called the front desk, they said they didnt have any and hung up on me. Very rude! I was very disappointed with this motel and will not recommend it at all. I even called booking.com about it and they kept me on hold for over 50 mins and ultimately I had to disconnect since I was on my trip and was travelling. Overall, very bad experience.

Pros:

I have been here for a month
And I have been treated really well
Something's happened , but it necessarily wasn't their fault and it was taken care of
Another incident has not happened yet And that is my biggest reason I will give a horrible rating
If it never happens which I pray that it doesn't , I will keep this rating
If it happens and it goes exactly the way that it has gone in and every other place that I have been then I will change my rating
Other than that everything has been beautiful

I didn't like the fact that I can't grow gills or fly at will because the laws of physics said, "Not happening...". 😊
