As soon as I open the room we see a cockroach on curtains and some bugs. Nobody came to change the towel or clean room

The gym and pool.

Cons:

The smell in the room. Had to change rooms once and the overall cleaness of the place needs to be better. Need the TVs to work in the gym and a better breakfast.

At the end of the day, it was a great night of sleep. The facility was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpf
Pros:

I love how friendly the staff was. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. As a business owner myself, I really appreciated that.

Cons:

I did find that there was some hair in my shower that did not belong to me. And a few of the towels had some stains on them that made me skeptical to use them.
