Not great, but not a Super 8.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient.

Cons:

The lobby was kind of run down. There was a dog barking and people fighting in the parking lot for a long period of time. Neither issue seemed to be addressed.

Cons:

The toilet had urine and hair on the back at the base of the lid. There was a strong odor of Mexican food. The floor was dirty. My dog was eating cereal off the floor.

I didn’t take off my shoes because the carpet was so dirty!
Pros:

The bed was decent and the sheets were clean.

Cons:

The outside was deplorable, the elevators weren’t clean, the room the furniture was not up to my standards. The chair the upholstery was ripped. Overall the property needs an overhaul!
