Shower head leaked very bad .. room was very hot and never did become cool the a/c would cut off every few minutes cut back on but just never cooled off
Things guaranteed in reservation were not available. I had to agree to mandatory “room service” daily before given a key - I was unable to opt out and did not feel safe leaving anything in my room. I will not stay here again
Disappointed in Windham
Soft pillows & bed was ok.
The Lady Managed at the front desk had a horrible attitude and tried to charge me $10 for a dirty wash cloth and also said a medium towel was missing. I do not steal and asked her to show me the policy referring to paying for dirty towels. I believe that she is scamming people for money and only gave me my full deposit back when I threatened to call the Police! She told me the Manager said not to come back but who would after this.
Nothing
The staff was rude, asking me to email my identification to someone. I have never been asked to do that. A huge reason I booked a room at this hotel was because it said they have free continental breakfast. As we tried to check in there was a sign saying at this moment they are not serving breakfast. So after all the unnecessary hassle of checking in. We decided to say the heck with it and left.

The staff was HORRIBLY RUDE!
The room was decently clean but not like I would have it and the location is decent.
The afternoon lady is rude and one time I wanted over an 2 hours after I have booked it online and she didn't care that i was tired from work after I noticed that she didn't know how to check in a person than the staff next morning apologized to me.
Than the next week I go back there she was ok and I went to the room a/c wasn't working properly and I asked her if they can give me a different room and she said no just wait until the a/c starts working but it took 40 minutes and never got cooled enough for me to sleep.
And last time they were already calling me at 10 am to see if I wanted to stay another day and to tell me i have to leave at 11 am but I already know the check out time and then calling me to leave before 11am 3 time while I was showering.. the harassment is horrible and service.
$100 dollar deposit for this place is crazy

Tucked away close to the hospital, major shopping area, with wslkable Dairy Queen virtually next door. Friendly staff. Good value rooms for a very reasonable price.
Good location. Nice clean rooms. They rush to get you out at check out. The maids did have their children running around. The people above us sounded like they were rolling a bowling ball around all day everyday. So pros and cons. Overall I did enjoy the hotel. Stayed at worse.

Was told I needed to pick up the mats and blankets I laid on the floor for my toddlers to crawl on so they could clean they didn't even come in the room to clean.
The rate is better compared to other hotels in the vicinity with the same standard
Deposit part...why every time for a few hours of sleep (overnight stay), ask for a $50 deposit from their regular customers.
