To stay at the Athenee an excellent choice.

The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff were outstanding. Most impressive, however, was how professionally a power outage was managed. All employees and management deserve my highest praise.

The selection and quality of the restaurants is very good. The Athenee has proven itself to be an absolutely top-notch hotel.

The workers on the club lounge were excellent and very hospitable. I would like to especially thank Mine. She was awesome and very attentive.

Amazing staff who are very thoughtful and accommodating. Beautiful room that's clean and comfortable. Super amenities! Breakfast was also excellent. I've never seen so many options for how I would like eggs prepared. Location is also great - a quick walk to Phoen Chit BTS station.

First time staying here with family.
Excellent hotel, really deserved to be in LUXURY family.
We were treated like kings and everything what were around us- high quality.
Very pleasant service ,timely provided, personnel very polite and highly trained.
Location required no remarks- in the center of privileged area,packed with shopping malls and restaurants of high rates.
The rooms allocated to our family were on 22nd floor offering fantastic view and comfort.
Morning and night buffets at the main restaurant were delicious - many choices from around the world.

Overall a very nice hotel and stay! Personnel was friendly, our room was very clean and nice. Bed was also comfortable, and breakfast was very good as well. Pool area was also very good. We booked the room with the city view and it lived up to our expectations. One big bonus is that it is close to the train station (Phloen Chit), which was very practical.

*Seeing Lounge codes NOT enforced with guests in gym gear, Hawaiians, and many many hotel slippers walking around the lounge at breakfast, tea, and evening times; GONE are the direct-to-Concierge WhatsApp messages allowed to Platinums and now one must text Bonvoy using the App instead of that luxury in past years of texting directly the Concierges to arrange things.

The team at Rain Tree Café truly stands out. Khun Saifah and his team embody the true essence of Thai hospitality. Their service was personable and delivered with such genuine warmth. It felt like being welcomed by friends who were excited to share their highlights and guide me toward special must-tries. Experience was impeccable.

The team’s energy was like sunshine, vibrant, uplifting, and full of positive spirit that brightened each morning. You can truly feel the passion behind what they do.

Khun Panida was especially thoughtful and engaging. She was always ensuring my coffee, tea, or juice kept flowing, and you could genuinely sense her desire to make sure her guests were happy at all times. Her recommendation of the Thai coconut pancakes — and personally making sure I got to enjoy them. ❤️ it was such a sweet touch. It was personal and meaningful that she went beyond to ensure i am well taken care of at breakfast, and packed to go the awesome thai pancake as a little snack.

Housekeeping was equally exemplary. Khun Hathaitip made my room feel comfortable and beautifully personalised with warm wishes and the cutest towel creations — a little elephant and even a small rabbit that instantly brought a smile to my face. She was always bright and smiley, and her warmth truly came through in the smallest details.

I would also like to compliment the friendly concierge team, who were always approachable, helpful, and welcoming. Their calm professionalism and warmth added so much ease to my stay.

It is rare to meet a team that serves with such genuine heart, pride, and passion. Thank you for making my stay feel so special , it is a memory I will truly cherish.

Athenee hotel’s entire staff goes above and beyond expectations. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted immediately by the doorman, ready to grab your bags and reception is always ready to check you in promptly. Someone is always there to assist you at the elevator. Housekeeping is phenomenal. Room is very modern looking and well kept. It is very quiet so you can get a peaceful and restful sleep each night. Cleanliness is top notch. Everyday, I feel like there was always a personal touch and close attention to our needs- whether it is more water, towels or a celebration. Staff made our anniversary and birthday celebration really amazing and one to remember for a long time. Location is great. Close to Central world, other malls and Akara Sky. Right in front of the hotel is the BTS Sky train stations. Spa staff were very welcoming and warm. Byredo bath amenities were fantastic and a great touch. After being out all day exploring the beautiful city of Bangkok, I always looked forward to coming back to a hotel that felt like home. Would most definitely stay here again if I have the chance to come back and would recommend to others.

Superb hotel in a fantastic location. We usually go the Shangri La hotel when we are in Bangkok but we were told that it was being refurbished so e decided to select another hotel and we were extremely satisfied with this one. The room suites are superb with access to a special lounge and all the staff at any level was very attentive, friendly and helpful.

We stayed for two nights at The Athenee in Bangkok. We always choose this hotel because of its excellent location, close to the Ploen Chit BTS station, but also because of the fantastic pianist, François. Unfortunately, on Friday he only started playing at 8:00 pm, so we missed him during pre-dinner drinks. However, he kindly continued playing longer especially for us afterwards. He is truly wonderful and a real highlight of the hotel experience.

The gym is spacious and well equipped, and the swimming pool is also large and very pleasant. The staff are extremely friendly, and the breakfast is the best I know — with super friendly service. The bakery is beautiful as well, although we were disappointed to see that the delicious baguettes have been removed from the menu.

The rooms are a good size and clean. However, just like during our previous stay, we noticed again that the rooms have a slightly musty smell. We believe this is due to the carpeting. It really feels like the rooms are due for an update, particularly replacing the carpet with laminate or wooden flooring. Both our room and our son’s room had the same slightly damp smell, which is a shame.

We sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken seriously, because the hotel truly deserves a 10 out of 10 thanks to the staff. However, this issue might make us consider staying elsewhere next time.

We had such a lovely experience here on Valentine’s Day. The restaurant offers an impressive variety of foods and desserts, making it easy to find something enjoyable for every taste. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor, and the desserts were especially delightful — the perfect sweet ending to a special evening.
The space feels incredibly cozy, warm, and inviting. It was exactly the kind of environment you hope for on a Valentine’s celebration.

A special mention must go to the staff, especially K. Natnicha (N’Smile) 😘. Her service was genuinely exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly kind throughout the evening. She helped us with recommendations, ensured everything was perfect, and made us feel truly welcomed. Her friendliness and professionalism added so much to our overall experience. It’s rare to encounter service that feels so sincere and caring.

Overall, this restaurant is a wonderful place for a romantic occasion. Great food, lovely desserts, a beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding service. We truly appreciated every part of the evening and would absolutely love to come back again. ❤️❤️
