La struttura vecchissima mai ristrutturata.
La stanno ristrutturando adesso. Le camere puzzano di muffa stantio. Nel bagno c’è una puzza di fogna. Non so perché sono venuto. Le foto non rispecchiano l’hotel. Cantiere a sinistra e a destra 2 anni per finire i lavori. Se potessi avere i soldi indietro cambierei. Lo sconsiglio viva amente. Ta togliere la pubblicità.
Vedremo se Booking può fare qualcosa. E cambiare Hotel.
PS armadi inesistenti per appendere la roda o le camicie. Poi in 2 impossibile. Non capisco come si possa venire qui.

The doorman’s uniform and Christopher’s introduction
The way the staff handles harassment of guests staying. My partner and I were having dinner in the restaurant when she had to step outside to get some air, shortly she frantically calls me to come outside because she is being harassed by 5 Thai men attending a wedding…..no security, no valets to help, I come outside to comfort her and confront the 5 Thai men, shortly after I notify the hotel staff who seemed disinterested in listening to me or resolving the issue. The hotel staff repeatedly tried to play it off as “they’re just drunk” which is entirely unacceptable because what that tells foreigners is, that they can get harassed and nobody’s there to protect them or help them. At one point, I was considering calling the police myself or walking to the US embassy for guidance because neither of us felt safe. The main perpetrator was not pursued by staff at all. Nobody offered to compensate our meal or give any vouchers or anything of the sort because it was GENUINELY RUINED and I’m not even looking for free things believe me I’ve got funds, but let’s take another Marriott property for instance, we don’t have to look far-The Ritz-Carlton. Ive stayed at the Ritz in the US and in Europe, and I’ve had minor challenges while staying and the hotel IMMEDIATELY accommodated me. Just to compare countries and people in general And another thing, I never consented to signing up for Marriott, the front desk agent just signed me up for their own incentive, I know how these things work, there’s a reason why I said No, I don’t have a membership, no thank you The conclude: any foreigners staying at this hotel be prepared to stand your own ground and get into altercations if need be for self defense because the staff are unreliable

Location is very near to Ploenchit BTS, the quieter n more sane part of the city!
Buffet breakfast was delicious w lots of choices. Service was friendly and efficient, notably by Panida n Banz.

Absolutely incredible experience, the best I've had of any hotel stay. Walkable to public transit and nearby malls. The staff are extraordinarily attentive, especially Panida, who remembered my husband's and my favorite items for breakfast and would bring it to us when she saw us walking in. Incredible food, fresh flowers in our room for a special occasion, and the entire place smelled fantastic. The gym and pool are outstanding, you could stay just at the hotel and have an amazing trip.
Excellent services by Khun SANG for making our special night with super fresh seafood & various desserts. My daughter also enjoyed a lot of cakes and ice-cream. Our family shall come back again for sure!!
Overall is good. Always love the vibe here. Variety of food. Excellent service, especially k.Sang whom i guess she is a manager, taking care of everything with smile. One thing they should improve is the beef is over-cooked.
Super nice and helpful staff, in lobby, cleaning and breakfast. Nice and clean rooms. Old luxury feeling in the design.
Pool area is average. Most of the restaurants empty (start aug), a bit boring area right outside the hotel. Embassies and little life.
Pastries is not Thai speciality, but it should be possible to do better.
Very good service with attentive and friendly staff. The restaurant has a great ambiance, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to dine.
