My wife and I stayed here for a couple of days when we visited our son who lives in Henrico. The location of the hotel is amazing with numerous restaurants of several ethnicities nearby. There is even a first rate steak place. The hotel itself is like most other Hilton Garden Inns. This one offers an indoor pool and a hot tub, which are both heated. I was pleased to be able to jump right into the pool. the hot tub temp was perfect at 102 degrees. The room itself was nice and comfortable. We had a king size bed. The room also featured a coffee maker, a microwave, and a decent sized refrigerator which house our wine bottles and our leftovers. The hotel also has its own restaurant and bar. These were a let down since the prices of drinks are almost twice what you can get a the happy hours at the surrounding restaurants. We were disappointed at how much a single bottle of wine was for the room. I was checked in and checked out by Enrique. He was polite and very considerate as he let me check in a couple of hours early. He also checked me out and was again very professional. I will add that he was very expeditious with both the check in and check out. All in all, this was a very satisfying two-day stay. I was surprised to see that I had an $8.00 guest room charge for each night. I am still trying to figure out what this is for. Surely, Hilton is not charging for an extra person in the room when a couple goes traveling. If so, I might stay at one of the other hotel chains. I am hoping to get some kind of reply from Hilton management on this.

I usually like Hilton Garden Inns, and this one was also a very nice experience. Welcoming lobby with cool decor, super nice and helpful staff, and hot tub a big plus. ( had it all to myself on weeknight) Location offers a ton of restaurants within very close walking distance. Also the night I was at hotel ( Wed) there were free appetizers at bar...sweet. Food at small hotel bar/restaurant was fresh and reasonably priced. But the hospitality of staff makes it a really nice vibe. Definitely recommend.
Our room had trash on the floor beside the bed, and someone had left a charger. Only one elevator and you had to wait forever, the stairs were closed to go up, you could come down though. Not worth it all all.
The pool and staff and locations clean
The bathroom was making noise beside great
Chef Steve was really nice & welcoming !
Very slow elevator , room is does not look modern . It’s giving late 2000’s . But it was very clean .
We love this particular hotel as it represents our first date together. Your breakfast is always fantastic and we always enjoy the room and the fireplace in the lobby.
We were greeted by a very unfriendly fellow named David. Check-in was at 3 PM but he very curtly told us it was at 3:30 even though that was incorrect. Didn’t seem very welcoming and I thought that was a bit odd. The elevators were not working, and it was very difficult lugging our luggage up and down the steps to the fourth floor. They comped our breakfast, which I thought was a nice touch, but the fact that my partner had to carry all of her luggage all the way downstairs and outside was insanely inconvenient. Also, the stairwell was extremely dirty and not to your normal standards. A very disappointing stay for one of our favorite hotels.
