We have chosen Hyatt for the New Year celebration and stayed for 5 nights. Initial impression was not as good as expected due to rather low key, as turned out, New Year's Eve program - small area allocated for the gala dinner, no dancing program after countdown. We were even considering going elsewhere after midnight. Good that we did not go in the end and stayed in. Lack of major celebration has been compensated for by excellent gastronomic experience, great personalized service and overall nice festive atmosphere. Special thanks to Christina at the guest relations and Miguel at the main restaurant for taking great care of our personal requests. It is professional people like them who make difference and carry hotel's name. Apart from the New Year celebration arrangements, this is a nice hotel, conveniently located just 2 minutes walk from metro station, with some good restaurants and shopping within 15-20 minutes walk from the base. Very comfortable bed, good size warm room, professional staff.

Cons:

A bit pricy. Walls in the room are not particularly soundproof.

Отель находится в прекрасном месте, в самом центре, рядом много музеев и магазинов! Очень красивый и чистый отель!

Cons:

Персонал этого красивого отеля полностью испортил все впечатление от нашей поездки. Сначала заселили не в 15.00 как положено, а в 19.30! Кровать для ребенка не поставили, мне пришлось несколько раз звонить и спускаться на ресепшен, чтобы допроситься персонал застелить кровать ребенку. И в конце еще нам не вернули депозит 100 евро, которые мы заплатили наличными при заселении. Просто сказали, что мы ничего не платили! Пришлось уехать ни с чем, потому что мы опаздывали, а иначе я бы попросила посмотреть камеры.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

La amabilidad de la gente, el desayuno, la ubicación, en general todo excelente.

Cons:

La primera noche la habitación estaba muy caliente y no se podía bajar la temperatura porq es un aire central, al otro día comentamos el tema en la recepción y nos ajustaron la temperatura, después de la primera noche la temperatura de la habitación estuvo perfecta.
