Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und habe mich in dem Hotel wie Zuhause gefühlt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt und alles war sehr sauber. Ich hatte ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit einem komfortablen Bett. Der Roomservice war sehr schnell und das Essen sehr lecker. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und man ist in 2 Gehminuten an einer U-Bahn Station. Ich würde immer wieder in dieses Hotel gehen und es jedem empfehlen.

Cons:

Ich fand die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer nicht sonderlich schön. Ich habe direkt auf einen kleinen Innenhof geschaut und daher nicht viel natürliches Tageslicht in mein Zimmer bekommen. Das war das einzig Negative was ich an dem Hotel bemängeln kann.

A spectacular stay at the Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid
Pros:

Our trip to Madrid was remarkable not only due to the incredible sites and people of Spain but also because it was enhanced by the amazing team at the Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid. We experienced the coziness of a boutique hotel along with an incredible staff. The hotel is well maintained and the room was elegant. Our highest commendation to Eva who set the welcoming tone at check-in. David and Alberto were thoughtful and personable during each encounter.
Each day began and ended with incredible kindness and professionalism from the entire Team. The morning staff in the restaurant were wonderful as well as others we encountered during our stay including but not limited to Carlos, Eduardo and Jorge. Thank you to everyone for this experience and we will never forget you all.
Best wishes for continued success. We highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid.

Close and renovate
Pros:

Simply appalling. A disgrace to the Hyatt name. Woken up by a loud nose from the drains in the bathroom at 5:15 am. Reception staff not surprised - an evident problem which was one well known to the hotel. Room was tiny and dark - corridors in need of renovation. Message to Hyatt: close and renovate. Seemingly a hotel for massive tour groups and devoid of anything nice. Avoid.

A wonderful way to start our Spain vacation.
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency Hesperia. We requested early check-in and were able to get our room as soon as we arrived. The front desk associates were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. As a globalist, we greatly appreciated our upgrade and bottle of wine. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a very wide selection which we liked. We also enjoyed the food and beverages in the Regency lounge. We would definitely stay here on our next trip to Madrid.
