Easy to find. Breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.
Water pressure seemed low in bathroom sink. Could have used a light by the long mirror.

Our shower/bath tub didn't work in our first room we had to swap room late at night like 9-10pm it was very irritating why would you post a room that does have a working shower or tub. Like what the heck.
Great location right off of the interstate but quiet and peaceful for sleeping. Good breakfast and a pool. Fun for the kids. Cookies at check in and snacks when you check out. Jillian was wonderful as a host . She was busy, but always smiling.
The hot tub was freezing. No good tv channels. The breakfast was good. Somewhat poor water pressure but it was clean and nice

J’ai vu au comptoir qu'il était géré indépendamment du groupe Hilton à qui le nom appartient, et le gérant s’en occupe vraiment bien! C'est propre, c'est agréable, les détails sont soignés!

Part of the reason for booking this hotel
The breakfast was good and the location as well.
The main reason for staying here was because it had a indoor pool but the pool was closed and my family was disappointed and my kids were upset because they were looking forward to going swimming. I should of been informed about the pool closed before booking and paying for the room then I asked when we got there about getting a discount on the room since not able to use the pool and was told they couldn't do that so I feel paying almost $300 for a one night stay there was way to much because some of the other hotels around that area we could of stayed at for $100 at the most but we chose this one because of the indoor pool thats why I paid almost $300 for just the one night stay
I am deeply disappointed in this experience. Booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub after a long day of driving. Upon checking in, find out that both have been down for a month with no ETA for a fix. There was never an attempt to contact me before my checkin day to inform me that a significant amenity that I was paying for would not be available. While I would have been allowed to cancel without penalty upon checking in, that would have left me driving around town looking for another option on labor day weekend - not acceptable.
The recently remodeled bathrooms also had a sink that the drain popup got stuck on, so I spend the morning with a sink full of water that wouldn't drain. Staff was great, hotel and rooms were very clean. But I feel like the hotel did a bait and switch on me with the amenities and I should have been given a significant discount on the room for not receiving what I paid for.
The hotel was a good location, I booked a room that said sleeps 5 but it didn’t, it only had 2 beds and not a pull out couch. I was only there one night so I didn’t complain we made do.
