Pros:

Great location & breakfast was included. Staff are helpful & room was clean & tidy. This is our 2nd time staying at Horizons.

Cons:

I called ahead to secure a bigger parking spot as we have a large vehicle. Arrived to be allocated the ‘standard’, narrow parking spot with made parking a nightmare. They provided an ‘alternative’ which wasn’t much better when the parking garage was full. Very tricky to manoeuvre a large car into the spaces provided when you can’t expand your mirrors. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Aged but ok

Cons:

We were told by reception the restaurant was closed and sourced food elsewhere , came back for a nightcap and saw people being served meals in the dining room.
Either way it would have been better to notify us accurately as we were planning to eat at the hotel both nights.
