Horizons Lake Jindabyne

Excellent location, close to the shopping centre. Breakfast was delicious! Dinner was good value and very tasty.

Room layout for a family of 4

The location is the best you will find in Jindabyne, the apartments a little outdated but still are very comfortable and clean. I have been a dozen times to Jindabyne and always stayed at the Horizons.

We had a great time at Horizons. The only thing I would suggest as feedback if breakfast started at 6 am instead of 630 only because of the crowds going up to the snow.

We enjoyed the breakfast. We used the fold out sofa bed as we had a king room. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable to the point where no one slept on it. Still get charged an extra $45 per night for it as well. Every thing else was alright.

Nice aspect overlooking Lake Jindabyne, BUT this hotel is outdated and in need of renovation. Whem we stayed there was scaffolding everywhere, the outdoor areas were off limits as was the gym. We were not provided any notice of this on Expedia and I would like a partial refund....a request which has been ignored

We had a sofa bed in our hotel room and the bed was sideways with the head part at the bottom and the bottom area higher than the head area. We slept in the hotel for two nights. The hotel rooms were difficult to get to as people that first arrived would have to go up and down the stairs with big luggage as there are no elevators.

Every thing was nice, clean and cozy place. We just loved it.

Exellent Staff. Very friendly and accomodating..

We liked the location being both right on the lack and also a short walk into the centre of town. Room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Beds especially were pleasant to sleep in. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. We also ate Embers and the young wait staff were excellent. Food and wine selection was nice and the room nice and warm. We will be happy to stay here again.

Very clean accommodation.

Staff were friendly and this property is well located in town and near the lake. The rooms varied in terms of having been updated, seemingly reflecting private ownership. The gym was not well kept and the breakfast buffet was not refreshed as frequently as hoped.
