Tolles Hotel mit toller Lage - großartiger Blick auf den Hafen

Pros:

Very clean hotel. Room serviced with clean towels every day
Breakfast had lots of choice and enjoyed sitting out on the restaurant balcony with the view of the marina and the cathedral . Staff friendly and helpful
Nice rooftop pool
20 minute walk to old town.

Aufenthalt grundsätzlich problemlos ok,
Dusche in der Badewanne ist absolut nicht komfortabel !
Das ist der größte Minuspunkt
Frühstücksraum sehr gut, Lage sehr gut, Taxis kamen schnell, Zimmer ok , Blick zum Meer wäre sicherlich besser gewesen - es waren jedoch nur 3 Nächte daher ok

wie schon oben erwähnt - die Dusche in der Badewanne nicht komfortabel,
die Behälter für Shampoo und Duschmittel sehr unpraktisch,

Das Zimmer war veraltet, wir haben nicht das Zimmer erhalten, welches auf den Fotos ersichtlich war. Die Möbel sehr alt. Klimaanlage funktionierte nur mässig, konnte nicht verstellt werden. Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig!! Fenster nicht isoliert! Personal könnte ein Tick freundlicher sein. Teilweise stand niemand an der Rezeption.
Falls man mit dem Auto anreist, kaum Möglichkeiten zum anhalten, sehr befahrene Strasse. Falls man den Parkplatz benutzen möchte, muss man zuerst einchecken und erst dann kommt man ins Parkhaus rein, also es stehen keine Parkplätze draussen zur Verfügung. Während dem einchecken, hiess es man solle das Auto einfach irgendwo stehen lassen und Warnblinker anmachen, die Frage ist nur wo lassen? Ebenfalls muss man nachdem parken erneut zur Rezeption um die Karten fürs Zimmer zu holen. Alles sehr erschwert. Und auf keinen Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel, das Geld war es nicht wert, echt schade. Der Pool war sehr dreckig! Und Fitnessraum waren die Geräte kaputt.

Colazione molto ricca servita su una splendida terrazza fronte porto

La stanza che mi è stata assegnata non corrispondeva affatto a quella proposta dall'annuncio.
Era una stanza per diversamente abili con lavabo microscopico senza alcuna base d'appoggio e doccia senza box ma con tendina che non copriva nemmeno tutta l'ampiezza. Avevo scelto la struttura perchè dotata di bidet ma in quel bagno non era presente. Credo debba essere cmq segnalato da parte dell'hotel. Quando ho contattato la reception per esprimere le mie perplessità mi è stato detto che non c'erano più camere disponibili, cosa non vera perchè booking me ne proponeva diverse. La stanza era stata prenotata con mesi di anticipo, penso che avrebbero potuto trovare soluzione migliore.

El espacio de la habitación era muy bueno, el colchón muy cómodo e la ducha excelente
