Please note that the fitness center is open from Mondays to Fridays, from 06:00 to 22:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. Please also note that on the weekends, after 13:00 the number of machines available at the fitness center is reduced.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Please note early check-in and check-out are subject to availability. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Localização e café da manhã bons.
Quartos velhos, mofados. Pintura com infiltração. Torneiras quebradas. Água quente no horário de pico falha. Estava 11°C em São Paulo. Lâmpadas queimadas por todo lugar: quartos e corredores. Aparelhos da academia 50% quebrados.
Limpeza, hospitalidade dos funcionários.

O primeiro quarto que me colocaram o ar condicionado não funcionava e a descarga do banheiro fazia barulho por 30 minutos. Pedi para trocar de quarto e vi que estava sujo. Cobertores e travesseiros sujos e com parede descascando. Não recomendo.
Gostei de tudo,o atendimento dos funcionários foi excepcional voltarei mas vezes agradecido.
Localização
No banheiro não tem ducha higiênica e cobrar pelo estacionamento. Na propaganda do hotel, não consta que o estacionamento é pago.
Bom café da manhã
Mobília quebrada, cortinas velhas , sofá com estofado sujo. No banheiro não havia secador de cabelo e por alguns dias não possuíam um reserva para emprestar. Uma noite o chuveiro não esquentou. Tive que tomar banho frio numa noite de 13º C em SP. Inadmissível. Não recomendo.
Quarto amplo! Muito velho
O banheiro estava com vazamento perto do vaso sanitário e não arrumaram mesmo reclamando , Ar condicionado muito velho , barulhento, roupa de cama insuficiente para o tempo frio

no meu quarto nao tinha uma lampada no abajur,os equipamentos da academia a maioria nao funcionando,
atendimento ótimo, funcionários maravilhosos e mantém tudo limpinho, lençóis e toalhas trocadas
