Please note, guests must present this website confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest first and last name.

Please note that the fitness center is open from Mondays to Fridays, from 06:00 to 22:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. Please also note that on the weekends, after 13:00 the number of machines available at the fitness center is reduced.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Please note early check-in and check-out are subject to availability. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Decepcionante pelo valor e fotos

Cons:

Durante minha estadia, infelizmente encontrei diversos pontos negativos no quarto. A iluminação era insuficiente, deixando o ambiente bastante escuro. O piso do box do banheiro estava totalmente descascado, com aparência de muito desgaste e falta de manutenção. A maçaneta da porta também parecia estar solta, transmitindo sensação de insegurança. Além disso, havia uma câmera no quarto que estava tampada com fita adesiva, o que causou estranheza e desconforto.

Outro ponto que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, que aparentava não estar fresco, com alimentos com aspecto de já estarem há algum tempo expostos.

Gostaria também de relatar um ocorrido no sábado (07/03), por volta das 7h da manhã. O alarme de incêndio do nosso andar começou a tocar. Ao ligar na recepção, a atendente informou que o motivo seria um casal que estava cozinhando em um dos apartamentos. Perguntei se já havia sido acionada alguma equipe para verificar a situação e fui informada de que seria necessário aguardar.

O mais preocupante foi que o alarme permaneceu tocando por mais de 30 minutos sem interrupção. Considerando que muitos hóspedes procuram o hotel para descanso, foi uma situação bastante incômoda. Senti falta de uma resposta mais rápida e de maior atenção ao bem-estar dos hóspedes nesse momento.

Localização e café da manhã , atendimento bom.

Cons:

Muito barulho no banheiro, quando o outro apto liga a ducha você não aguenta o barulho. Apto muito escuro, academia escura também.
