The walls and doors were rotted away with black mold showing through paint. Trash under the bed and floors were filthy
Managers and staff were very kind and helpful! The room was comfortable, good sleeping.
nothing
if you want a room with bedbugs- people with puppies in the adjoining rooms, meth heads, prostitutes patrolling the streets in front of the hotel, then by all means - book a room
The 2 staff members at the front desk tried their best to make the stay better. There were a lot of issues with rooms, but they were willing to help each visitor and tried to solve each problem. I cannot speak highly enough of these 2 gentlemen.
The location from downtown Omaha was great. It was very easy to get a ride to and from downtown when needed.
The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online! I spoke with several other groups of people staying here and we all felt as if it was a “bait and switch”.
The bedding looked dirty, everything hanging from the walls was falling off (closet rack, towel rack, tv mount), the fixtures in the bathroom were all rusting, and the shower looked like it had been patched and painted as a quick fix. The carpet in the room was also questionable, so we laid down our dirty clothes on the ground as a walkway from the bed to the bathroom.
I never leave reviews but feel to the need to let everyone that is planning on staying here to beware of the bad location, terrible staff and filthy rooms. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’m not a very picky person when it comes to hotels.
Please, do yourself a favor and find another place to stay.
Nothing.
Bathroom toilet barely flushed. Faucets falling off wall for shower. Musty smell in room from carpet soaked by windows and A/C unit barely worked.
Nothing
Not clean, we were given an alternate room that was also not clean. Bugs in the bed and hair all over the bathroom.
Bed/pillow were comfortable.
The facility including the rooms are really run down. Bathrooms, sink, shower all in rough shape with missing pieces. Bad chaulking with large gaps everywhere. Missing drain covers. Door would not shut. All around bad shape.
Clean
It had roaches in my room
Room wasn’t cleaned at all. Sticky floors, the sheets on the bed were dirty, terrible service
Everything
Bed bugs bit us and we’re visible
Infestation
tv
roaches, pool was disgustingly dirty
Front desk was nice, I made a mistake in my booking and they were able to fix it and I greatly appreciate that. The staff from both check-in to check out were great.
The rooms were genuinely gross, you could tell the nightstand had not been wiped off in a while. There was built sticky stuff on it. I was legitimately so scared of getting bed bugs that as soon as I got home I washed all of my clothes and put them in the dryer. There were tweakers and the place wasn't very clean
the bed only had TWO pillows and they were horrible pillows. The room smelt so horrible. The window did not lock. The bed sheets had literal blood stains on them. There was a trash bag over the smoke detector. And there were cigarettes that weren’t ours through out the room.
