I would stay again!
The stay was ok, i was not told until we checked in that there was no elevator up to our rooms. Very unhappy about that. The trim on the bathroom door must not have been cleaned in months it was filthy. Noisy.
Noise from across the street from nightclub till 4am. Siegel 1941. Had a sign " closed for maintenance. Come back tomorrow. " we ate some place else we come back 1 hour later . It was open . We could have stayed. Should be a full door in our shower . Instead half door. Water around past the toilet . Waste of towels and water. Otherwise great staff and hotel . But we wont stay here again.
Power went out. No assistance. Told to use our phones for light

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. Only thing is if you have a hard time with smoke, the casino is very smokey but the rooms are not. When I come back to Vegas the only hotel I'll be staying at is El Cortez.

Everything was great
Get rid of your pretentious stupid dress code for your coffee shop. Everybody continues to complain about how much Vegas is struggling, but your pretentious stress code for a mediocre coffee shop in a very smoky casino is just ridiculous. Because wonder why people are coming, this is definitely one of the reasons.
I had reserved a non-smoking room but was given a room that reaked of pot. No other room was available
Had bugs only got $30 refund for a $177 a night room.
No hot water in room
Clean room and staff very helpful
Rooms were in the Pavilion which were run down. Old system for air conditioning and room was hot. The toilet was not in working condition and after two attempts to get it fixed, I was finally moved to a different room.
Comfortable room, convenient location, great usekeeping staff
The front desk looked very temporary, they may have been under construction. Instructions from self park to the room were very unclear and difficult to navigate.
Issue with shower handle. Could not shut off. Took engineering almost an hour to resolve.
It was excellent. My only complaint is the cleaning pen came at 8 am in a Saturday morning. Ugh and they threw our shoes away that were in a Target Bag that was set on the floor.
Bell Hop and check in staff was amazing.
