Pros:

ALL HOUSE CLEANING PROFESSIONAL LADIES WERE COOPERATIVE AND PROVIDED EXTRA TOWELS, Trash Bags, and anything I had asked for EVERY SINGLE TIME I asked without question. I should have tipped them but I forgot because I was busy handling business and HELPING My handicapped friend who I came from Florida to help walk again and reestablish our Entertainment Business.

Cons:

The front desk help was rude. The hotel was under tree and plant maintenance and there was WAY TOO MUCH NOICE OUT SIDE. I was not able to get any business done because of the noise. Parking was an issue because of the workers being present. The pollen from the trees blew into the room ant breathing the pollen and other particles blown into the air inclusing exhaust drom the maintenance worrkers saws, blowers, vehicals, extra conteivuted to my health and now I have a bad cough. I cleared a path from the tree branches to able to get my handicapped friend and business partner out of the room and into my vehical. My business partner and friends 2026 brand new car, cars battery died and/or electronics malfunctioned for some reason and his car would NOT start so we had to have

I had a good stay, staff were pleasant, location fine, and had nice facilities like laundry/fitness.
Pros:

I liked there was a servable fitness center, easy to access to various locations by uber, staff serviced the room everyday cleaning and refilling used items. It was quiet despite being on a main boulevard. Also not too far from some shopping places.

Cons:

I had a bit of a trouble paying with a credit card although I had plenty of credit space on my card. I had to use a debit card instead which had payment held for 10 days. Next time I should pay online before traveling...I just wanted to safe in case my plans changed so I opted to pay at site when arriving.

I was not advised in information had to pay for Daily Parking at Hotel..and No microwave in Room, Telephone for room service didn't work.Had to use my cell to get extra towels! In description said Breakfast included,was not..

Cons:

Pool had some kind of poop on stairs.Could not Use.Very Disappointed.

A bit of an oasis in the middle of the LA chaos!
Pros:

Excellent location - in the center of activity & close to a very good Denny’s! Also, the room was updated and clean with all the amenities

Cons:

It’s a little close to the freeway and so possibly noisy although they have done a lot to minimize the sound
