Lovely stay and would stay here again
Pros:

We liked everything about this hotel. They let us check in our luggage while we walked around and even arranged for an early check-in. The staff treated us very well and would definitely recommend others to stay here. Also nice to have an Indian restaurant and cafe on the premises.

Pros:

Le service rapide! J'ai pas aimer mon lit la première soirée et on m'a donner un deuxième chambre le lendemain sans problème! Et j'ai adorer mon séjour! Le service de valet aussi est correct et rapide!

Une nuitée confortable avec un téléviseur et seulement 2 canaux disponibles en Français seulement.
Pros:

Pas de piscine. Pas de restaurant dans la bâtisse. Un petit resto café accessible.

Cons:

Stationnement pas disponible pour le véhicule. Hauteur pas accessible à cause d'u pickup.

Solid option downtown
Pros:

No fuss and straight forward thee star downtown. Check in was smooth (as was check out) with no problems whatsoever. Room (812) was large with plenty of space and view. Heat worked well. Bathroom sizeable and mod cons included a fridge and tea/coffee maker. One night the power went out, but only in half the room. The inconvenience was minimal as it lasted from about midnight to 3am and effect the wifi. Onsite cafe is very convenient as is a very good Indian restaurant. A Starbucks is across the street and I walked in the snow easily to Centre Eaton, Centre Bell, and a quick Uber ride to Old Town.

Fine.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Big room. Good location if you need to be downtown. Good price.

Cons:

There were lots of kids in the hotel for an ice hockey convention who were very rude and noisy. There was a lot of noise at night too. And the smell from the Indian restaurant spreads through the lobby and the lifts.

My stay was short and sweet and i would definitely book this hotel in the future.
Pros:

Room was cozy, clean and air conditioned. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was very noisy and sunk in the middle so that was a bit uncomfortable for us. It needs extra support at the base.

Pros:

Good location. Clean room.restorants and bars around.few min walk to Metro . stuff very polite and answered all my questions. Give all the info I needed

Cons:

Very expensive parking, $38 +tax ! Already saw few reviews for expensive parking but the hotel management don't care.
4 star hotel and no liquid soap . cheaper motels use liquid soap,it's 2025 .
Fridge- no frizer area ,need for travelers.
Need to do something about the smell ,in the lobby Indian restaurant all the smell all over the flors(was on 19 floor and still felt the smell)

We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfy enough. The indian restaurant in the hotel has delicious food!

Cons:

Parking - The parking offered was full and really over priced. We parked at the indigo lot a block up and it was less than half the price.
