Worst booking experience — extremely disappointing
This was one of the worst hotel booking experiences I have ever had. What should have been a simple family trip turned into a stressful and frustrating experience because of issues involving both the hotel and Booking.com.
The hotel informed me at check-in that there were two reservations under my name, even though I had made only one booking. The second reservation was apparently associated with an incorrect/non-existent email address, and I had never received any confirmation or notification about it. I was completely unaware of this reservation until the hotel brought it up during check-in and told me I could be charged for it.
I immediately contacted Booking.com for help, but instead of resolving the issue, I had to repeatedly explain the same situation and provide the booking details again and again. I spent hours dealing with customer support during my trip, with no timely resolution. Even after providing the requested information and documentation, I was left chasing Booking.com for a refund and answers.
This completely spoiled what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip. The lack of communication, accountability and customer support from both the hotel and Booking.com was extremely disappointing.
I would not recommend this hotel or this booking experience to anyone. Customers should not have to spend their vacation dealing with booking discrepancies, unexpected charges and repeated requests for information for an issue that was not caused by them.

Location and cleanliness was good.
Everything is an extra. No complimentary breakfast. Valley parking was way over priced. Not even a microwave in the room.

A bad smell in the washroom.
It was in walking distance to many of the sites I had planned to see, except Old Town. It was a bit far from many events there.
It was a bit dated with older scratchy towels and no smart TVs . However it was clean.

There is an Indian restaurant inside the hotel lobby and the whole ground floor smells of curry and Indian spices all the time. Very bad.
