Poor and very unhelpful staff
Pros:

I liked the room itself and the pool.

Cons:

The fact that after $172 was stolen from my room, the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to help me, despite my many phone calls I kept getting passed to a colleague; I eventually reached the assistant manager who also wouldn't help. Be very wary of this hotel as it seems that the hotel staff steal money from your room.

Even you booked and pay they say overbooked and no place to stay. You go there and stay in street in middle of night. Never book here

Buen trato del personal y muy linda y cómoda la habitación. Pude arreglar para hacer el check in más tarde sin problemas
Tiene un IHOP enfrente muy útil para desayuno/almuerzo

Cons:

Mi estadía fue corta y no hubo algo puntual para destacar. Creo que el servicio de transfer al aeropuerto podría ser más claro

In a clinch this place was great.
Pros:

We stayed there because of a flight delay. The staff was super accommodating and sympathetic to plight: I was with my two daughters and 5 grandchildren ranging from 20 to 4 months old and it was after midnight, no luggage and completely frazzled. When we arrived, Diondre was so reassuring and efficient he checked us in and voila we were in our clean, cool rooms. Plus, the hotel shuttle drivers were a real treat, too!

sehr laut, Fenster sehr schlechter Schallschutz! Nach Checkin kein Aufenthalt zb am Pool gewünscht, Frühstückauswahl ausbaubar

Price point was fantastic. Continental breakfast was also great.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the shower was the worst. The shower had no pressure whatsoever. It was like bathing under a drip of waters

Pedimos que fueran por nosotros al aeropuerto y esperamos 40 minutos y nunca llegó. Tuvimos que tomar taxi y a la salida del hotel. Igual se solicitó el servicio cuando llegó dijo que no tenía anotada nuestra habitación y no éramos las únicas personas. Siento que es lo único malo
