Breakfast/beds
Called prior to staying inquiring on parking for airport. When we arrive, hotel did not offer extended parking. Hotel next door closed reservations. Had to book at another hotel morning of before flight.
Rooms staff very nice.. theres no remodelin going on at this time of my stay
Have to paid 10.00 dollars a day for paking . Water of the pool alwsys cold...jus t keep in mind if u stay here. U will have to pay for parking rach day that will be included in your total bill
Like the renovation
The stay was amazing. The young lady who greeted me at the front desk was full of life and extremely professional. The front desk was short staffed during my stay, but this young lady kept it moving and ensured all the guests were met with a warm smile.
My only complaint is we had towels in our room, but no washcloths. When I called down to the front desk to ask for some, the staff member was very kind but asked if I could come down and get them. When I got to the front desk, I could see she was short staffed so I completely understood. She ensured I had what I needed and that’s what is most important.
Located in a good area. Walking distance from food places and convenience stores. Very friendly staff. Stopped by the room in the morning to see if I needed anything. Felt very welcomed. Room was amazing! Had a little balcony, walk in shower with sliding doors, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Tv had few channels, but it had tubi and Netflix. Breakfast was good. Various options. Potatoes, eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice and water. Saw the pool from the lobby but didn’t get to really see it. It looked nice from my view. Definitely staying here again!
There was nothing I didn’t like.
Easy but long check in. Quite a few ppl checking in at the same time.
At check out I was told my BW points would be applied. But so far that hasn't happened. I will have to reach out to the hotel.

I liked the room itself and the pool.
The fact that after $172 was stolen from my room, the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to help me, despite my many phone calls I kept getting passed to a colleague; I eventually reached the assistant manager who also wouldn't help. Be very wary of this hotel as it seems that the hotel staff steal money from your room.
