Room was clean, staff was incredibly friendly, location was close to the action but quiet enough to not be loud or overwhelming. this was a great value
Location, location, location
The housekeeping was unstable. When we got to the room late in the afternoon, several times the room wasn’t due. The valet parking service had good days and not-so-good others. The service in the cafeteria was excellent.

Very central, close to the French quarter. Easy check in & check out.
Not much everything was okay
The hotel location was convenient for our itinerary.
The staff was not welcoming and the restaurant served under cooked food. Nothing was attempted to make things right by the hotel management.

I could have rated the hotel very highly, but one incident left me extremely disappointed.
I accidentally left my Invisalign aligners on the bathroom sink when I checked out, and I only realized this while I was in a taxi on my way to the airport.
I sent an email immediately notifying them of the situation and specifying exactly where I had left the item. Since I was still going to be in the United States for a few more days, I really needed the aligners to avoid disrupting my treatment.
However, I never received any response from them. I expected at least a reply from the hotel, not complete silence. The email was sent to both the front desk and Nikki Jackson.
The location is great and it was clean. The staff was friendly
We didn’t have hot water the last day of our stay. The restaurant seemed short staffed and the food was subpar.
I liked the property and the late night staff was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be close to Bourbon
Well I did find an under arm deodorant container that wasn’t ours.
I booked through booking.com, I was suppose to pay at the property. The night before our trip the hotel charged my card 17 times. My card was locked so they canceled my reservation and gave up my room before 7am. When I woke up i called for an explanation and the lady was very rude and didn’t care. I called booking.com and they informed me that the hotel was never suppose to charge me in the first place, booking.com would have. Booking.com thankfully refunded me and gave me an additional $70 credit to find a new hotel.
