Loved the area / cleanliness/ beautiful hotel and wonderful staff!

Everyone was kind & helpful.. Front desk, bartenders, cook, housekeepers, parking attendants wonderful job!

Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff was super friendly. They upgraded us to a balcony for our anniversary. Very clean and welcoming. We traveled with our dog and they were very accommodating.

Cons:

The area is very very loud. This is really not the hotels fault, but stay on a high floor if you can. They warned us the lower floors were loud but we really had no idea.

Convenient location &clean room for work trip.
Pros:

Clean room within easy walking distance to the conference I was attending.

Cons:

I have never stayed in an interior (no window) hotel room before, and it was a little claustrophobic. Also had a mixup with the hotel about room type/pricing that took longer than it should have to solve.
