Disappointed
Pros:

Cons:

I could have rated the hotel very highly, but one incident left me extremely disappointed.
I accidentally left my Invisalign aligners on the bathroom sink when I checked out, and I only realized this while I was in a taxi on my way to the airport.
I sent an email immediately notifying them of the situation and specifying exactly where I had left the item. Since I was still going to be in the United States for a few more days, I really needed the aligners to avoid disrupting my treatment.
However, I never received any response from them. I expected at least a reply from the hotel, not complete silence. The email was sent to both the front desk and Nikki Jackson.

It was an average hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The location is great and it was clean. The staff was friendly

Cons:

We didn’t have hot water the last day of our stay. The restaurant seemed short staffed and the food was subpar.

Awesome, nice, helpful staff and close to Bourbon
Pros:

I liked the property and the late night staff was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be close to Bourbon

Cons:

Well I did find an under arm deodorant container that wasn’t ours.

I booked through booking.com, I was suppose to pay at the property. The night before our trip the hotel charged my card 17 times. My card was locked so they canceled my reservation and gave up my room before 7am. When I woke up i called for an explanation and the lady was very rude and didn’t care. I called booking.com and they informed me that the hotel was never suppose to charge me in the first place, booking.com would have. Booking.com thankfully refunded me and gave me an additional $70 credit to find a new hotel.

Stay was cool, I feel like the price is a bit high for what you actually get.
Pros:

It smelled really good when you walk in from outside being that outside smelled really bad. The staff was really friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t like the heavy room doors, the bathroom was really tiny, the walls were paper thin…could hear voices outside of my room clearly as if my door was open, and one microwave for 10floors to share is crazy!

Kind staff, building maintenance could be improved!
Pros:

The handicap room was perfect for guests in a wheelchair and the room was clean. Staff was very accommodating, kind, and remembered our faces and names throughout the stay.

Cons:

We didn’t have cold water the first 3 nights and had HVAC issues with the room first being without heat and then heated uncontrollably to over 80 degrees. The traffic was also quite loud coming from the windows.

Front Desk Helpful
Pros:

I think you should make the young man ( Jamari - something) at the desk upon my arrival a leader. He was extremely helpful dealing with my problem and worked everything out quickly and professionally. His calm, yet caring, compassionate attitude was so welcomed. I'm a senior women traveling alone and usually don't have any trouble. This time I did, but not at the hotel, and getting help was deeply appreciated.
I write this as a former youth development program leader for a national organization and I can see some incredible leadership opportunities for this young man and I wanted to praise his maturity and respectful actions towards me.
I can only hope that someone in authority reads this and takes the time to meet an exceptional employee that represents your company with an incredible welcome.

Pros:

Everything...the staff was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, efficient.

The room was comfortable,clean and nicely decorated. Felt like walking into a hug!
